Grillet is the het ship between Grillby and Muffet from the Undertale fandom.
Canon[]
Grillby and Muffet are both minor characters in the game, though Muffet is one of the boss characters while Grillby is an overworld-only NPC. While both are completely irrelevant to the plot, encountering Muffet isn't optional, while choosing to hang out at Grillby's is only relevant to one fully optional encounter. They're both connected to food, Muffet is a baker with her own spider bake sale, while Grillby is a barkeeper running Grillby's and serving food to his guests. Grillby's serving food is once again confined to a scripted event, while Muffet can be encountered again after her bossfight if the player chose to spare her, selling some of her goods. Though they both live in the underground, they live on the opposite ends of the climate scale, Grillby's is in Snowdin, Muffet resides in Hotland. Though Muffet cares deeply about profits to allow spiderkind to sustain itself, Grillby is shown to be rather tolerant about Sans keeping a ridiculously high tab.
Grillby is shown to have trouble speaking, while Muffet is very chatty. Grillby can voice his approval towards Frisk if they succeeded in saving monsterkind, paralleling Muffet immediately stopping her attacking Frisk once she receives proof of them not hating spiders like she initially assumed.

Despite never being on-screen at the same time and having no indication of ever having spoken to one another, Grillet is a decently popular ship in the Undertale fandom. On AO3, it is the fourth-most popular ship for both characters, their three most popular ships pair them with main characters instead. Since it doesn't interfere with any of the most popular ships in the fandom (except Sansby), it is generally considered a side ship for most of them.
Judging by their most popular additional tags ("Fluff" in first, "Slow Burn" in second and "Romance" sharing the third spot with "Hurt/Comfort"), people generally seem to portray them as a wholesome and happy couple.
In the popular AU "Underswap", Muffet and Grillby take each other's places, with Muffet having Papyrus as a regular instead of Sans. A good amount of Grillet content is based on their Underswap depictions, as evidenced by "Alternate Universe - Underswap" coming in fifth in their additional tags.
Fanart often depicts them as very affectionate towards each other, with Muffet often not being afraid of kissing Grillby despite him being made of fire. Some even think that Muffet is dependent on his warmth.
Some people think that they are true equals in terms of cooking skill, often end up tying in competitions. Though others think that Muffet will win any fight, which are headcanonned as rare to begin with, likely because Grillby might not like arguing with her. Some like to think that their relationship started with a competition, since "rivals to lovers" is a popular trope.
Fankids are often scorpion-themed, since scorpions are arachnids like Muffet, but also have a "burning" sting like Grillby.
