GrimMick is the friendship between Grim and Mickey Mouse from the Twisted Wonderland fandom.

Long before Grim finally meets Mickey for the first time in part 42 of book 7, Yuu has informed Grim of the cartoon mouse they have been talking to through the mirror of the Ramshackle dorm, since book 4. Grim has been mentioned in one of those conversations between Mickey and Grim's human roommate, with Yuu wanting Mickey to know about him. Just as Yuu wants Grim to know a bit more about Mickey, they have shown Grim the photo that Yuu took of Mickey with the ghost camera at the end of book 5, so Grim will know what Mickey looks like. Believing that Mickey might be Yuu's way home, Grim wants to be the one who succeeds in the "Mickey Investigation" the two of them have started with Ace and Deuce.
When Mickey enters the room he has only been able to visit in his dreams and discovers that Yuu has some how managed to pass through the mirror, he was very surprised to see Grim. With Mickey only seeing Yuu during their prior conversations through the mirror, while Grim was absent from them. Once Grim tells Mickey his name, the mouse knew right away who Grim is and is happy that they get to meet. Just as Grim is happy being the one who succeeded with the "Mickey Investigation," while Mickey was left confused by what Grim said until Yuu fills him in. Having Grim ask Mickey to tell them all that he can on getting Yuu home, as well as Grim wanting to see if Mickey can explain the strange things he has seen since waking up in mysterious room. Mickey explains that items in the room tend to move on their own and get into fights with the card guards, Grim finds in amusing that Mickey has been fighting the cards off with a fountain pen a water gun. Before Mickey explains why the Card Guards were attacking him, Grim thought that the things he has seen in the room were due to spell that Mickey might have cast, and although Mickey isn't a wizard he does like the idea of him using magic like Grim thought he did. Like Grim Mickey doesn't know the cause of the magic in the room, assuming that both the room and Yuu were only existed in his dreams until he realised that they all weren't a figment of his imagination.
Grim asks Mickey how he got into the room, with the door not opening on their end and the widows being blocked as well, along with both him and Yuu having no memory of how they got here. Mickey wasn't quite sure himself, as he only visits the room in his dreams while his body sleeps in his bed and "another him" slips out of his body. Making him just as curious as Grim and Yuu are, as Mickey is only able to enter the room through the mirror. Grim finds this to be similar to the mirror back in the Ramshackle dorm, and after Mickey mentioned that he wasn't able to go through the mirror when he was awake, Grim realised that Mickey is sleeping as they speak. Making Grim shocked that it means that his body must be asleep as well, while "another him" and "Yuu" split from them to enter through the mirror. Realizing that their bodies must still be in Diasomnia with the rest of their friends, worrying Mickey when he hears the two mention that their friends aren't with them. Mickey advices them to not let a locked door stop them from looking for their friends and to have faith, but after the phone rings Mickey starts to fade away. Meaning that it is morning and his body is waking up on his end. Mickey wanted to stay and help Grim and Yuu find their friends, but there was little they could do to stop Mickey from fading out of the room. Frustrating Grim that they lost Mickey after they finally found him, while both Grim and Yuu were left in the black ink flooding room until Silver came to their rescue.

When Mickey made his first appeared in the main story of phone game, fans were thrilled by this and were pleased that they get to see Mickey interact with Grim, who is seen as the mascot of Twisted Wonderland. Just as Mickey is the main mascot and face of Disney. There have been those who have shipped them romantically, but they mostly do it as a joke and prefer to feature them as friends if given the choice between the two options. Knowing that not many people would agree with the idea, due to Mickey having a long time girlfriend and the fact that cats eat mice.
After Grim's card from the Disney100 Platinum Showcase featured Mickey wearing the same clothes as Grim, while acting as Grim's reflection in the mirror he was standing next to, it inspired fans to base their Mickey and Grim fanart on that card. Rising the notice and support on this friendship, even though it is lacking fanfics nor has a large fanbase, it does have a few supporters who have created artworks and posts on the two.
Sometimes when fans create a crest shield for Ramshackle, the dorm that Grim resides in, a few fan artists have Mickey as part of its design. When they aren't basing or simply have it make references to Grim. There have also been theories that the dorm itself might be modelled after classic Mickey's home, from how it has a similar energy to the one seem in Epic Mickey. Those who believe that Mickey is the MC's way home, they are hoping that Mickey will also allow Grim to join Yuu in their world so they can remain together. With Mickey being a kind hearted mouse and seems to care for the MC, he would most likely grant Yuu this request. If Grim does wish to remain with Yuu than to stay at the school on his own.
