GuitarMaid is the het ship between Adam and Niffty from the Hazbin Hotel fandom.

In the finale, after Adam was beaten up by Lucifer, Niffty stabs Adam from behind. Due to Charlie tasking Niffty to stab any angel she sees and took it to heart. While Adam was too busy ranting on how sinners should worship him, for being the first man, he failed to notice Niffty; until he felt the pain from her knife. Adam falls on the ground on his face, and Niffty sits on top of Adam, shouting "Stab, stab, stab!" and giggling maniacally as she stabbed Adam continuously, spilling blood all over her and the ground nearby. And with that, she got very popular in Hell and ended up on the news for killing Adam. When reporters asked Niffty questions on her stabbing one particular angel she replied with; "Charlie told me to stab, so I did".
The first episode of the second season reveals that Niffty's actions in "The Show Must Go On" have her be dubbed as the "Adam slayer" and sinners ask her to stab them as type of autograph. Niffty is shown to enjoy the attention, as sinners hope that they'll be able to kill angels as well. Charlie, however, tries to tell them that Niffty didn't have a choice when she killed Adam, and was acting in self defence. As that is the truth she wants to believe.

GuitarMaid is mostly treated as a crackship, with their only interaction being when Niffty stabs Adam in the back. Though some have imagined what would happen if Adam came back as a sinner, like how Pentious ascended into Heaven as an angel, and runs into Niffty again. One group believes that Adam will become frightened by Niffty, like most people are of her, while another group thinks that Adam's ego would him hate the fact he got killed by someone of her size. A third group, on the other hand, like the idea of Niffty trying to stab him again.
In a few versions of role swap AU's, that has Adam serving as Charlie or any of the hotel's other residences, they have him and Niffty be friends. The idea of them being friends and allies is also explored in other AUs, like the ones of Sinner!Adam staying at the hotel in order to get back into Heaven, and has run ins with the little demon who killed him.
Niffty's fixation on bad boys has some fans think that she would have crushed Adam, if they had got a chance to meet before "The Show Must Go On." Or simply before the moment she stabbed him. With her crushing on Pentious, Lucifer and Valentino for simply seeing them as bad boys, and Katie Killjoy had described Adam as a bad boy. Along with Adam having the personality of one, that's why some people can picture Niffty becoming interested in the bad boy from Heaven.
Although Niffty fans were happy she was the one to kill Adam, there are those who are worried that it might have placed a target on her back. With Lute knowing who Adam's killer is and fans believe she'll do anything to punish those who were involved in taking Adam from her, that's why people are worried for Niffty. As Charlie and Vaggie might not be Lute's only targets. Those who prefer to think positive, however, like to praise Niffty's twenty minutes of fame from killing Adam, with the official season two trailer showing the hotel being full of sinners.
