Haidano is the slash ship between Haida and Tadano from the Aggretsuko fandom.

When Tadano comes to the office Haida works at, Haida tells his friends about him, and how he wished to get his autograph. Later in the episode, Haida is caught carrying a magazine with Tadano holding an apple on the cover. He mentions about how much of a genius Tadano is and how other guys are "garbage".
One night, Haida reads an article about how Tadano and Retsuko are dating. The next day at work, we see him practicing punches. He tells Fenneko how he's going to punch Tadano. He mocks Tadano, and tells Fenneko that Tadano is going to get bored of Retsuko and break her heart. Haida sees an elevator open, and Tadano is inside. Haida tells Tadano his name, and Tadano signs the magazine. Haida awkwardly takes the magazine, blushing and sweating.
In one episode, Haida was at a ramen restaurant. He then sees Tadano sit down and take his order. Haida gets anxious, blushes, and Tadano tells him it's been a while. Tadano takes Haida on his plane. They begin talking about Retsuko. Tadano asks if Haida likes Retsuko, and he denies it. Haida said he just wants to take care of her and make sure she's okay. Tadano gives Haida some advice.
Another night, Tadano asks Haida if he's free, through text. Haida accepts his offer to go in the plane again. They have a conversation about romance at the same ramen restaurant as before.
In another episode, Gori and Haida wait for Tadano to meet in a room. Tadano enters and apologizes for the traffic that slowed him down. Gori compares the two of them and ask how they became friends. She asks what they have in common, and Tadano replies that they have a lot in common. He brings up that Retsuko rejected both of them, causing Haida to freak out and give Tadano a mean look. Tadano responds to the look with a smile. Gori then offers Haida tries her newly developed dating app, which Haida declines, but Tadano offers to try it.

Haidano is very commonly shipped in the Aggretsuko fandom. It is by far the most popular slash ship. However, ships such as RetHaida and Retsudano are also very popular and are preferred by fans. On AO3, it is the second most written romantic ship for Haida and the second most written ship for Tadano, both being shipped more with Retsuko.
