HanRey is the family ship between Han Solo and Rey from the Star Wars fandom.

The Force Awakens[]
Rey and Finn hide in the floor of the Falcon when the ship is captured and someone comes onboard. Han finds the two and BB-8 and they explain where the ship was from. Han says that the ship was stolen from him and that the ship is the Millenium Falcon. Rey becomes excited and realizes who he is. Rey and Han discuss the problems with the upgrade and get to work fixing them, as Rey also tells him about their need to get BB-8 to the resistance.
They take the jump to hyperspace, Rey impressing Han with taking out some of the unwanted changes. They land on the planet Takodana, and Han gives Rey a blaster. He says he's considering adding her to his crew, and she seems to be interested in the offer. However, she ends up turning down as she needs to go back to Jakku to wait for her family.
Later, Han confronts his son at Starkiller base, as Rey and Finn enter. They watch Han try to get through to his son, but Kylo kills him instead. Rey and Finn watch in horror, but are forced to escape. Rey would fight Kylo, deciding that he is a monster for killing Han.
Fanon[]
Many fans enjoyed Rey and Han's relationship in The Force Awakens. They liked that Han seemed to have a soft spot for Rey, and that he was one of the first people to show her kindness. Some fic writers will depict Han in a more explicit father role to Rey, or have the two canonically be related. This is often based on the speculation after the first film that Rey would either end up being Han and Leia's lost daughter, or Luke's lost daughter. Despite canon stating otherwise, there are many who preferred this option over Rey's canonical parentage.
