Changhui Han is the leader of the second generation of Cheongang. He is a charismatic individual befitting of a leader and is extremely devoted to Cheongang. Changhui's tenacity is what differentiated him from others and after becoming leader, he quickly expanded Cheongang's territory. He is a strict follower of Cheongang's traditions, although he will make decisions that he finds will benefit Cheongang more, such as cutting off Manwol. His underlings respect him greatly.
