HarperCass is the femslash ship between Cassandra Cain and Harper Row from the DC Comics fandom.
Canon[]
Cass was originally sent by Mother to kill Harper's parents. Cass ended up killing her mother, but became disgusted with killing after the action, causing her to run away. She eventually became and ally of Batman, and ended up meeting Harper. The two became friends till the truth was revealed to Harper. Harper and Cass would eventually make up, but that closeness would be gone from their relationship.

As the two are chained up, Cass tries to talk to Harper, but Harper tells her to stop. She knows Cass is sorry, but doesn't want her to say anything. She starts to talk about her mom, and how things got bad when no one could find what happened to her. She got thing together for Cullen, but because of Cass she has all the memories she will ever have of her. Harper knows what Cass has been through, but that doesn't mean that she'll forgive her. She doesn't even hate her, she just wants to see her mom again. She hopes she gets lucky when Mother kills her, but Cass won't let that happen.

HarperCass had a decent following during the New 52, especially since Cass' other big femslash ship was put on the wayside. As Stephanie had disappeared during that time. Due to this, HarperCass gained a few fans that were very invested in their relationship. Especially since it seemed that Harper was flirting with Cass a good amount of the time. As well as Harper being bi, meaning there was a chance they might get together. Especially since many fans found Cass to be heavily queercoded, and were hoping the reboot would mean she might get a girlfriend. The ship started to go on the decline after Harper stopped appearing as often in the comics. This also happened around the same time as Stephanie returning, meaning that StephCass was on the rise again, leaving HarperCass to be more of a momentarily ship in comics rather than a long lasting one. This left many HarperCass fans disappointed. Especially since current comics seem to forget that they were ever friends to begin with.
On AO3, HarperCass is the most written ship for Harper. There are currently 105+ written works.
