Harusagi is the femslash ship between Usagi Tsukino and Haruka Tenou from the Sailor Moon fandom.

Haruka and Usagi first meet in the arcade, when they are both playing a new racing game. Haruka tries to give Usagi some advice on her driving, and then suggests she come out to the track some time. Haruka then turns to leave, calling Usagi "bunhead", just as Mamoru used to do when they first met each other.

Later, Usagi and the rest of the Inner Senshi try to sneak into Mugen Academy to learn more about it. Upon arrival, they run into one of the daimons. The girls manage to fight it off, and as they are regrouping they spot two mysterious guardians watching them from the shadows. The guardians disappear without a word, and Sailor Moon stares after them, wondering who they might be. The next time that Usagi meets Haruka at the arcade, she wonders if Haruka might be one of the mysterious guardians from the night before. She comes right out and asks Haruka if she's a sailor guardian, but Haruka just laughs and plays it off as a joke.

Usagi and the Inner Senshi head into the mountains to be with Rei for her birthday. At the same time, a Mugen Academy event is occurring nearby. The girls use this as their opportunity to try and learn more about the school, and run into Haruka who is practicing judo. Makoto agrees to spar with Haruka, but is summarily defeated. Usagi and the other girls are shocked at Haruka for beating her so quickly, especially since they all still believe that Haruka is a boy and thus should have taken it easier on a girl.

Later that night, Mars and Jupiter stop one of the Witches 5 from attacking the students of Mugen Academy. The rest of the Sailor Guardians arrive at the tail end of the fight, and again they see two new guardians watching them from the shadows. This time, Sailor Moon chases after them as they try to leave. She eventually catches up to Sailor Uranus, who is impressed that Sailor Moon was able to follow her. She tells Sailor Moon to not get in their way, and then kisses her before flying off.

The kiss begins to haunt Usagi, and she dreams about kissing both Haruka and Uranus. Later that day, she runs into Haruka again outside the arcade. Finally, she can see Haruka as both a man and a woman and seems to understand her true identity as Sailor Uranus. Haruka says that she wasn't going to visit the arcade anymore as the Inner Senshi had told her to stay away from Usagi, but she found herself drawn there anyways because she missed Usagi. Haruka offers Usagi five tickets to attend Michiru's violin recital, and then disappears into the wind.

Fanon

Harusagi is a relatively popular ship in the fandom, and one of the most popular alternative shipping options for both Haruka and Usagi. However, it is greatly overshadowed by the two's canonical ships, MamoUsa and HaruMichi. Fans were excited when the Crystal remake was announced, as they were eager to see the kiss between Usagi and Haruka finally animated.

There are currently over 80 works for this pairing on AO3. It is Usagi's sixth most popular ship.
