HectorLyn is the het ship between Hector and Lyn from the Fire Emblem fandom.

Lyn and Hector are protagonists of the seventh Fire Emblem game, the Blazing Blade. Lyn is a nomad from the Lorca Tribe who discovers that she is a noble heiress from the Caelin territory, and Hector is a noble from Ostia.
Following an attack on Castle Caelin, Lyn's friend Florina goes off to seek assistance. Hector rescues her and her pegasus after they were shot down by enemy archers. She leads Hector's group to Lyn's and together they reclaim the castle. Lyn then vows to repay Hector and Eliwood for their help by joining forces in their quest to find Eliwood's missing father.
In their supports, Lyn asks Hector to spar with her just as he does with Eliwood. He expresses concern due to the fact that Lyn doesn't wear heavy armor while he does, explaining that like water and oil, they wouldn't mix, but Lyn, angry that he would judge her strength before they even started, interrupts Hector before he finishes, and challenges him anyway. After the sparring session, Hector tries to apologize to Lyn for going full force on her during their duel, thinking holding back would have been disrespectful to her. He also tells her that her sword arm is stronger than he initially thought. Lyn accepts Hector's apology, revealing that losing to him taught her that she needed to learn some new techniques for dealing with axemen in heavy armor like Hector. Hector freaks out and asks Lyn if they're still friends. Lyn reassures him that they are and that by breaking her limits and becoming stronger, she is determined to not be a burden to him or Eliwood. Sometime later, Hector reminisces with Lyn about how they first met before asking why they still travel together. He brings up that they are friends then asks her if she would value him even if she was stronger, to which she says that she would. Hector then tells her that even though one's martial skills aren't everything, he still thinks she's strong. Lyn laughs at Hector, saying that she can't believe he would say things to her with a straight face. Hector explains that he isn't that way to just anyone; however, when Lyn tries to pry further, Hector panics, saying that he sees enemy forces and runs away. Lyn tells Hector to let her catch up.
Should they achieve an A-support with each other, Hector and Lyn will marry after the conflict, succeeding the throne as Marquess and Marchioness of Ostia. The death of Hector's brother Uther will weigh heavily on him, but Lyn is always there to give him comfort, and the two become enlightened rulers.

Hector and Lyn are a very popular pairing due to the status of both as protagonists and they close bond. They are often portrayed as a being part of love triangle that almost always involves Eliwood, Ninian, Florina, in which Lyn and Hector end up choosing to marry each other in the end. They have the dynamic of friends turned into lovers, in a slow burn style of relationship.
HectorLyn also finds strong competition with those who ship Lyn with Eliwood, Florina, Rath or Kent, the first two being very popular ships in their own right. It also saw competition with Hecflor and Hecfari, though this has died down.
