HeiKazu is the slash ship between Shikanoin Heizou and Kaedehara Kazuha from the Genshin Impact fandom.
Canon[]
Heizou's voicelines about Kazuha states that the latter has helped Heizou in the past using his attunement to nature, and that Heizou wished he had something like it. With Heizou's sharp intuition, there is a natural understanding between the two Anemo wielders, and they consider each other friends. Heizou stated he was disappointed because after the end of the Vision Hunt Decree, he had no reason to arrest Kazuha. This might mean that Heizou was involved in the search for him. He then says he could just invite him to come to the Tenryou Commission to discuss cases, implying he wanted to arrest so that he could talk with him.
Kazuha's voiceline about Heizou tells the Traveler not to be deceived by his happy-go-lucky appearances, and remarks that when he starts working on a case, the restless energy of his "turns into a razor-sharp focus". Kazuha also remarks that it's quite remarkable to witness.
Unlike many people, Kazuha seems to treat Heizou nicely regardless of the detective's bad reputation and his eccentric personality.
They both have a lot of similarities. For example, they both stick to their own ideals and appreciate their freedom a lot. Their designs are quite similar to each other as well with their clothes being inspired by Japanese culture.

After Hanyuuda Chizuru's departure, if the player chooses to head back to the location of the Mikawa Flower Festival, they can unlock an interaction between Heizou and Kazuha. During their conversation, Heizou asks Kazuha to join him in the investigation of a seemingly cold case, citing is connection with nature as a valuable resource. Kazuha agrees, and the detective is excited at the prospect of working together. This is their first interaction in-game.

HeiKazu is moderately popular ship. The main reason is that the rival ships such as TomoKazu and KazuScara are more popular and have been present for a longer time. The ship started to gain traction after Heizou and Kazuha were mentioned to be friends in the 2.8 stream. It is also currently the most popular ship for Shikanoin Heizou, with more than 1,404+ works on AO3.
A popular trope that is commonly leaned in to within the fan content is the 'Detective and Criminal'. Heizou is often depicted in fanon trying to arrest or chase down Kazuha. However, as he is no longer considered a criminal after the end of Inazuma's respective Story Chapter, it's usually portrayed in a more joking manner. Another depiction of their relationship, though less common, is them being investigation partners with Kazuha assisting Heizou with his work. It had started from Heizou saying that in his 'About Kaedehara Kazuha: Things in Common' voiceline, he's fascinated with Kazuha's sensitivity to the natural world, comparing it to his intuition, and in 'About Kaedehara Kazuha: Invitation' he comments on how he can now openly invite him to discuss cases.

- Heizou's constellation is a lesser deer, and Kazuha's constellation is a maple leaf. Kazuha's 'Something to Share: Maple Leaves' voiceline mentions deer: "'On this mountain path, where the red leaves lifeless lie... My heart calls for a companion, echoing the deer's cry...' Hm... I do love maple leaves, but it is a shame that so many goodbyes seem to happen when they turn red." The voiceline refers to A Deer's Cry in Autumn from the Hyakunin Isshu where a stag cries for its mate. Kōyō ni shika refers to the concept of a deer and maple leaf being a perfect match.
