HeiShino is the het ship between Kuki Shinobu and Shikanoin Heizou from the Genshin Impact fandom.
Canon[]
They both have voicelines on the other and are presented to be on friendly terms. Heizou gets intelligence from Shinobu in exchange for favors, as mentioned in his About: Itto voiceline and his hangout event, he brings Roasted Lavender Melons to Itto when he's in jail because Shinobu asked him to take care of Itto. They also were shown to be close at the 4.6 event.
They are both from Inazuma and seem to be in opposing organizations, as the Tenryou Commission refused to acknowledge the Arataki Gang as an official one, Although, it is said in Kuki's official introduction that she seems to have close affiliations with the Tenryou Commission. The both of them are high ranks in their respective organizations, Heizou being the number one detective in the Tenryou Commission while Shinobu is a deputy officer in the Arataki Gang. Shinobu is a gang member, but she's responsible and talented in many fields, and she's often having to make sure that the other gang members follow rules, or otherwise she has to go and fix the trouble they make everywhere. Heizou is a doushin, in other words, a policeman, but he's more relaxed with the rules, of course he will bring people who do wrong to justice, but he's otherwise very free-spirited in his line of work. They are both contrary to the stereotypes of their occupation.
They are both opposite to each other, while having similarities at the same time that would let them be on the same wavelength. They are both greatly intelligent as well as physically capable, though Heizou would prefer to rely on his brain rather than his brawn, while Shinobu seems to use her strength to keep others in line. They would be able to communicate well and efficiently with each other, covering for the other when they fall short in an area. Also Shinobu is shown in her voicelines to be perceptive, she can read people well based on just their expressions and body language, and Heizou has a voiceline where he mentions how you can tell a lot about a person based on their appearance alone.
Shinobu mentions in her hangout event that she believes that people shouldn't leave everything to the Gods to handle everything for them and to take their lives into their own hands, though she still sees no harm in people praying when there's nothing else they can do. Heizou might have similar views, as he's stated in his own hangout event that dreams are often seen as messages from the Gods, which is a fair belief but he would beg to differ and thinks it's intuition. Heizou's introduction page also seems to show him having confidence to solve mysteries even Gods wouldn't be able to, showing that he doesn't intend to rely on divine might to solve problems and takes matters into his own hands like Shinobu does.
As well as this, both have family members that are shrine maiden NPCs, within the fandom, it's sometimes portrayed both shrine maidens ship Heizou and Shinobu together. Both of them also have rocky relations with their families, except for the mentioned shrine maiden NPCs, as the other family either don't support their goals or are indifferent to them, Shinobu and Heizou could then relate on that fact.

Fanon[]
This ship and gained some notice since the official tweets of Shikanoin Heizou and Kuki Shinobu's character portraits. Many people have made edits and fanarts of them "playing soccer", due to how if you make them face each other, it looks like they are playing soccer. The ship is often compared to IttoSara, since Shinobu is in the Arataki Gang and Heizou is in the Tenryou Commission, or it is sometimes called 'dark mode' Kazumiya because of their designs being similar to Kazuha and Yoimiya. But other than those comparisons, the ship is often portrayed with Heizou being more laid-back, chaotic and flirty, while Shinobu more responsible and sometimes either flustered or unimpressed by his casual flirts.
This ship is considered a rarepair, it currently has over 153 fanfictions on AO3. It is often overshadowed by rival ships, Kazuhei from Heizou's side and Shinosara from Shinobu's side.
