Himiko Toga is a character from the My Hero Academia fandom.

Character
Toga is a member of the League of Villains. Her quirk is transform, which allows her on becoming any person she'd like by taking someone's blood. She can also copy their quirks, though it's for certain cases. Her childhood wasn't the best, her own parents didn't treat her as a child because of her obsession with blood, and that she had to act like a "normal" kid like the others. One day, after a while of acting "normal", she snapped and ended up attacking and drinking a classmate's blood. When her parents noticed that, they decided on cutting ties on her and then ended calling Himiko a "creepy demon kid". Because of her obsession with blood, she made on joining LoV and so she got allies and friends.
