HokuHua is the femslash ship between Hokushin Mei and Fu Hua from the Guns Girl Z fandom.

Legacy[]
Chapter 1[]
As seen in the perquisite comic, "Eastbound", Fu Hua sensed Honkai energy in the Far East, believing it to be a Honkai beast. She travels east to put a stop to the malevolent force, only to find that the perpetrator is Hokushin Mei, corrupted by Honkai energy. Hokushin Mei murdered several soldiers in a rampage. When Fu Hua arrived, Mei was delighted to finally see a worthy opponent. Fu Hua knocked her out with a single blow. Upon waking up, Hokushin Mei asks Fu Hua to end her life, but Fu Hua refuses. To prevent Hokushin Mei from harming herself and monitor the Honkai in her body, Fu Hua has Hokushin Mei accompany her on her travels and states that she will kill Hokushin Mei if she loses control to the Honkai. Hokushin Mei laughs, believing Fu Hua's mercy to be foolish. She accepts, stating that she will kill Fu Hua if she has the chance as part of her goal to become the strongest swordsman in the world.
After seeing Fu Hua fight, Hokushin Mei marvels at Fu Hua's unfathomable strength, making her wish to see what Fu Hua's home country Shenzhou is like. In response, Fu Hua asks if she is done asking for death. Hokushin Mei replies that Fu Hua can take her life at any time, and Fu Hua reiterates that she will only kill her if the Honkai takes full control. Hokushin Mei asks about the Honkai, so Fu Hua explains that her drive to kill weak soldiers is a sign of Honkai corruption. Fu Hua also explains that so long as she can control herself, the Honkai won't take control of her. Hokushin Mei replies that it shouldn't be hard for her, as her only goal now is to kill Fu Hua.
As the two try to sleep that night, a white fox appears and leads them to a shrine. The shrine maiden, Shion is being robbed and sustained major injuries. While Fu Hua heals Shion, she tells Hokushin Mei to drive away the robbers without killing them. However, Mei believes that the robbers aren't deserving of mercy. Nonetheless, she lets Fu Hua have her way, warning that one day her kindness will backfire. Fu Hua is unable to save Shion from her injuries, so she builds a grave in the shrine while Mei sends her off.
That night, Fu Hua worries about the state of the rest of the world after what she has seen that day. Hokushin Mei tells her that she doesn't have to put such a big responsibility on herself. Fu Hua replies that even if she can't save everyone, she cannot stand idly by so long as she can help people. Mei thinks that sort of life painful, saying that Fu Hua is restricting herself with her own destiny.
While Hokushin Mei is asleep, the white fox uses the Honkai energy in Mei's body to reanimate Shion's corpse and take revenge on the robbers. Fu Hua saves the fox from Honkai corruption. With the incident over, Fu Hua finds new land for the robbers and tells them to lead a virtuous life from then on. They tell her that they have heard of a large fox demon in Yae Village, so Fu Hua and Hokushin Mei board Jingwei, Fu Hua's bird, and set off.
Chapter 2[]
Fu Hua and Hokushin Mei land on the outskirts of Yae Village. Since Mei feels ill from the trip, Fu Hua tells her to stay put while she rides on Jingwei into the village. Annoyed at being given orders, Hokushin Mei catches up to Fu Hua by foot. The two go inside a shrine and find a woman named Kallen Kaslana. Kallen explains that the one murdering people in Yae Village is a shrine maiden name Yae Sakura under Honkai control, but she believes that they can still save Sakura. Fu Hua and Hokushin Mei agree to help her. During their conversations, Kallen addresses Fu Hua formally as the "Immortal", like Hokushin Mei does, though Fu Hua says she doesn't have to. Hokushin Mei replies that her respectful way of address is an acknowledgement of Fu Hua's strength.
Just when the group is able to track down Sakura, they are surrounded by Schicksal soldiers. The leader, Zofia, orders Kallen to return the Box of God. Hokushin Mei attempts to fight Zofia, though her moves did not have much effect. Fu Hua holds Mei back from fighting. As Kallen is about to be arrested, Fu Hua calls for Jingwei, where the three escape. Hokushin Mei is angry about Fu Hua trying to stop her, and Fu Hua replies that they should not fight humans. Hokushin Mei insists that Fu Hua's beliefs have nothing to do with her, to which Fu Hua replies that if Mei loses control to the Honkai, then that is relevant to her. Under Fu Hua's questioning, Kallen reveals her whole story with Schicksal, from stealing the Box of God, fleeing to the Far East, and said box being responsible for Sakura's corruption. Hokushin Mei states that since they need to go after the box, they will have to fight the knights. Fu Hua agrees, and says that they must get to the box before the knights do in order to avoid conflict.
Zofia reaches Yae Sakura before the trio does, which worries Kallen. Kallen explains the amount of power Zofia holds, and that earlier she was likely holding back out of respect for her past history with Kallen. Hokushin Mei is not deterred, eager to fight Zofia. Though to her surprise, Fu Hua wishes to fight Zofia instead.
During the confrontation, Hokushin Mei protected Kallen from Schicksal soldiers, and Kallen successfully saved Sakura. Over the next three days, Mei helped repair Yae Village's graveyard while Kallen buried Sakura under a cherry tree next to her sister. With the Honkai in the Far East resolved, Hokushin Mei thinks Fu Hua is going back to Shenzhou. She is excited to go with her and see Fu Hua's home country. However, Fu Hua plans to go to Europe because of the ongoing Honkai crisis going on there. Since Hokushin Mei does not want to ride Jingwei again, she chooses to go on the Schicksal knights' boat. Zofia allows Mei to come, but as a prisoner rather than a guest, much to Mei's horror. As they depart, Hokushin Mei calls out for Fu Hua's help, to no avail.
