HollyTaya is the non-binary ship between Pitaya Dragon Cookie and Hollyberry Cookie from the Cookie Run fandom.
Canon[]
The Hollyberry Kingdom was founded after Hollyberry Cookie defeated Pitaya Dragon Cookie in battle. The latter continued to spar with Hollyberry Cookie until her departure from the Kingdom. Pitaya Dragon Cookie burned the Kingdom down and seized the throne after her disappearance. However, the Kingdom has since recovered.
The Hollyberry Kingdom Chapters begin with Pitaya Dragon Cookie seeking to battle Hollyberry Cookie. Pitaya Dragon Cookie kept specifically asking for her, and continually doing so throughout Chapters 11 and 12. They are skeptical when told that "Someone with the passion as bright as (Hollyberry's)" would appear to face them. During Hollyberry's return, she states that "(she) want(s) to look at that... Dragon" for herself" upon hearing that they have been let into the castle. Their eventual battle ends with a quarrel between them, where they appear closer than expected.

Due to Pitaya's positive presence in the Hollyberry Kingdom (their battles with Hollyberry are recognized as "... the kingdom’s most famous and loved story!" and "dragon toys ... easily be found in most of the kingdom’s homes," as per the concept book), fans believe that their conflict had become a friendly rivalry or something more, and they had merely kept up the appearance that they were still enemies. Sparring may be customary in the Hollyberry Kingdom, rather than indicative of serious conflict. And this quote from the official artbook proves it: "Conversations that are shared next may sound quite obtuse and rough, occasionally leading to a brawl or two. But despite the outbreak of arguments, the Cookies of the Hollyberry Kingdom are also quick to reconcile."
In their quarrel at the end of Chapter 12, Hollyberry states that their battle was "... Just like the good old days!" and Pitaya appears to take the threat of not being able to spar with her again very seriously, agreeing to leave the Kingdom alone until next time. This further indicates their positive history together. In Cookie Odyssey, Hollyberry is also seen happily recalling their battles together. And she has indicated that she is happy to fight beside them as allies.
Fans speculate that Rambutan Cookie is the descendant of Hollyberry and Pitaya due to their similarities in looks and due to a magical occurrence noted in the 'Giant Grimoire' Guild relic (of which "records the history of magic on its own"). The Grimoire portrays Hollyberry's 'swirly heart' symbol and a dragon biting their tail (much like what Hollyberry recalled in Odyssey) encircling a newly-born cookie.
