Huey Duck is a character from the DuckTales and Mickey Mouse and Friends fandoms.
Character[]
The character of Huey was initially identical to that of his brothers, with them being portrayed as a single character times three. The triplets were initially portrayed as mischievous troublemakers who make life worse for their uncle Donald Duck and occasionally Mickey Mouse too. The original DuckTales series then softened them up considerably, they were still troublemakers but goodhearted ones, never directly intending to cause harm. Conflicts were sometimes caused by them, but they often made a point to also solve them by the end of the episode.
The Quack Pack series then was the first one to try to distinguish the brothers, with Huey's main character trait being that he is the one in the most hurry to grow up, often causing friction between him and his brothers.
The 2017 reboot of DuckTales then established Huey as the most "by-the-book", often carrying his Junior Woodchucks' Guidebook everywhere to look up a solution to their current problem. He's also the smartest of his brothers, but having to take responsibility for them often leaves him stressed out.
