Humway is the het ship between Mayor Humdinger and Mayor Goodway from the PAW Patrol fandom.

Mayor Humdinger and Mayor Goodway are the mayors of Foggy Bottom and Adventure Bay, respectively, and seem to have an established rivalry as of Mayor Humdinger's debut. This takes place in the season one episode "Pup Pup and Away", in which the pair are competing in the Annual Mayor’s Balloon Race which Humdinger has won previously. When Mayor Goodway’s hot air balloon gets torn, she laments that Humdinger will defeat her once again. After Mayor Goodway’s balloon is repaired and airborne, Humdinger and his assistant take note of her presence.

Showing a rather mean-spirited attitude, Humdinger comments on “that dusty old bag of wind”, which turns out to be a reference to Mayor Goodway rather than her balloon. Humdinger sees Goodway’s struggles and eagerly anticipates winning the race again, only to be startled when Goodway passes him later in the race. He becomes determined not to lose, and briefly retakes the lead only to ultimately lose. Though obviously displeased, Humdinger is a good enough sport to present the race trophy to Mayor Goodway. The two mayors are soon bickering again, however, over the forthcoming Mayor’s Submarine Race.

In "Pups Take the Cake", the two become embroiled in yet another contest, this time a competition for the Tallest and Tastiest Cake between their two towns. Humdinger is confident of claiming victory once again, especially when it briefly seems that Adventure Bay’s entry won’t arrive in time. To his annoyance, it does, and then succeeds in beating his cake in the shape of a hot air balloon. Upon winning, Goodway notes that Humdinger apparently needed more hot air in said balloon. When Humdinger angrily retorts that he’ll have plenty of hot air next time, Goodway slyly replies that she has no doubts about that.

In "Pups Save Friendship Day", Mayor Humdinger is once again out to outdo Adventure Bay, this time in delivering presents for the titular holiday. He ends up making a competition out of it, challenging Goodway to present a better gift than Foggy Bottom does. Mayor Goodway responds by buying up every cake from a local shop and shaping them into one giant cake. Humdinger, meanwhile, prepares to send baskets of candy to Adventure Bay by air, gleefully noting that the contest will also benefit his town’s dental practices.

Upon seeing Mayor Goodway’s cake on its way to Foggy Bottom, Mayor Humdinger attempts to sabotage the delivery. He soon finds that his own scheme has gone awry, however, and attempts to salvage the matter with a balloon bouquet. When Goodway’s cake arrives, he steps up his efforts in a desperate attempt to win, only to become tangled in the balloons and carried away. Mayor Goodway attempts to pull him free and is carried aloft as well.

Humdinger is touched by Mayor Goodway’s effort, and all the more when he learns that she considers him a friend in spite of their rivalry. Goodway notes that Humdinger might fare better if he tried behaving better, and Humdinger notes that he might just follow her advice. The two are eventually rescued and join forces in serving out cake to their citizens. Mayor Humdinger even joins Mayor Goodway’s in singing the Friendship Day song

In "Pups Save the Rainbow", after awaking from a dream in which he found a prism that stole color from Adventure Bay, Mayor Humdinger goes to tell Mayor Goodway about it. However, to his dismay, he finds that she is in the midst of planting a garden of rainbow-colored tulips in front of Adventure Bay City Hall. In "Pups Save a Sloth", Humdinger becomes jealous when Mayor Goodway unveils a portrait of Chickaletta as Adventure Bay's "Friendliest Face" and claims that Foggy Bottom has a superior one. When Mayor Goodway, wise to Humdinger's empty boasting, asks about it, Humdinger is stuck for words but eventually claims that it's back in Foggy Bottom, and promptly leaves to fetch it.

Fanon

As adult characters in PAW Patrol, Mayors Humdinger and Goodway lack the popularity of the child or pup characters who are closer in age to the series' target audience. Humdinger is also disliked by certain portions of the fanbase due to his extensive use as an antagonist in the place of other villains from the series. Despite this, he is an acknowledged staple of the series, and his relationship with Mayor Goodway makes up a significant aspect of his character.
