Hyuluka is the het ship between Hyuna and Luka from the Alien Stage fandom.
Canon[]
Pre-ALNST[]
Both Hyuna and Luka attended Anakt Garden alongside each other and were shown to be relatively close. They often hung out together when they were kids, revealed as early as mid-2023 in official art. Luka presumably has a crush on Hyuna, as he tries to kiss her but it is unlikely that this crush is reciprocated as the attempted kiss ends up distressing Hyuna.
Their relationship appears to turn for the worse after the final flashback shown in ALL-IN, with some sort of confrontation taking place between Luka, Hyuna and Hyunwoo (Hyuna's brother) which resulted in Hyunwoo's death. This trauma from the death of her sibling has stayed with Hyuna as an adult, making her despise Luka.
ALIEN STAGE[]
Hyuna is shown attempting to stab Luka in the Prologue, with the lyrics "Bring me brightness" being sung overtop. His hand is loosely holding Hyuna's waist, as she hovers above him with a look of anger. Wearing their stage outfits, it's clear this scene was before they parted ways and Hyuna joined the rebellion.
ROUND 5[]
After Luka's beating, and Mizi's near-death experience, a misty smoke covers the stage, leaving the audience bewildered. As Luka sits up, bloody and bruised, he sees a group of people in deep blue clothing with green accents. Hoods covered their identities, but as two members carried the shocked Mizi away, Hyuna's hood slid off, allowing her to make eye-contact with her once-beloved friend. Luka stared at her with his lips parted slightly, contrasting with Hyuna's narrowed eyes and closed-off look.

FINAL[]
In Blink Gone, right in the end of the video, Hyuna walks in, staring right at Luka, who has a shocked expression, when he normally has a calm/ blank face, Hyuna too, is shocked to see him again, face to face. The round ends with Luka winning.[1]
Wiege[]
This takes place right after FINAL. Luka is seen smiling sweetly at Hyuna, looking at her with childlike wonder, as if he can't believe she's really there, while she looks away. One of the rebels then places a gun to his head, but he is still mesmerized by Hyuna. We then see a flashback of Luka, alone in the middle of Anakt Garden, counting his fingers alone under a tree. Then Hyuna appears, hinting the first time they met. Then it cuts to Luka in the hospital, looking at a wanted poster of Hyuna above his bed, and kissing it.
A scene of them together then appears of Luka leaning on Hyuna's back, smiling. Next is a drawing Luka made with of his other clones and him with Hyuna and Hyunwoo. In a scene of the modern AU, Luka and Hyuna are smiling and holding a wine bottle together intimately, likely celebrating their engagement, as they both have rings. We then see a brief scene of Luka holding Hyuna's arm and Hyunwoo trying to hold him (?).
The video then goes back to the present moment, showing Luka, with the gun still positioned on his head, trying to walk to Hyuna, still mesmerized by her. Multiple scenes appear of child Luka with blood on him, likely to represent Luka’s age regression, running to a terrified child Hyuna, seemingly right after he killed Hyunwoo.
Hyuna finally looks back at Luka and realizes he is about to get shot. She runs towards him, spinning Luka around and getting shot instead. We go back to the shot of Luka leaning on Hyuna's back, this time the camera panning over to her, tears streaming down her face. It cuts to their first meeting again, with Hyuna counting her fingers along with Luka, in Anakt Garden. She smiles, and Luka laughs. Hyuna moves to hug him and it transitions back to the present moment, where Luka is terrified, tears falling from his face. Hyuna then tells him the what would soon become infamous quote, that he was her only one and only weakness and to live with love, and embrace the humanity lying within him.
- I resented you so. I had to keep moving forward in every moment... But... you were always my one and only weakness. That's why I resented you so. LUKA, live with love. Embrace the pain, the frailty, and the moments so unbearably shameful. Forgive yourself... Again and again, endlessly. Because everything... starts from there.

Hyuluka is regarded as a popular ship due to the amount of official art and fan art that has been released of the pairing.
Fans consider Hyuna and Luka to be parallels, with the way they traded personalities as they grew older. They're considered opposites due to Hyuna's human rebellion, and Luka being the winner of Alien Stage Season 49.
Hyuna and Luka are usually paired up together, like how MiziSua and IvanTill are, which are both also semi-canon ships. On AO3, Hyuluka has over 1,500+ fanfics and is the most written ship for both Hyuna and Luka, and the third most written ship in the Alien Stage tag.

- Amongst the 6 featured contestants of Alien Stage, Luka and Hyuna are the oldest, standing at an age of 30 and 27, respectively.
- Alongside Hyunwoo, they were all apart of the 49th class of Anakt Garden.
- Despite being older, Luka is shorter than Hyuna by 7cm. (The former is 174cm, while the latter is 181cm.)
- The background of Luka's profile is a solar eclipse, while Hyuna's is a lunar eclipse.
