IiShoji is the slash ship between Mezo Shoji and Tenya Iida from the My Hero Academia fandom.
Canon[]
Tenya and Mezo are both students in Class 1-A at UA High School. They meet each other on the first day of school, and both rank within the top ten of their class in the Quirk Apprehension Test. Later that week, Class 1-A attends class at the USJ. When the League of Villains attack, Kurogiri uses his Warp Quirk to separate the students. Tenya and Mezo are two of the students not affected by the Quirk. The remaining classmates encourage Tenya to run for help. As he heads towards the door, Kurogiri tries to attack again. Mezo grabs him with his Dupli-arms, and yells at Tenya to go.
At the Sport's Festival, both Tenya and Mezo make it through the first round. They both participate in the Cavalry Battle, the second round of the Festival, but Mezo's team is eliminated. They sit with their classmates to watch the one-on-one battles.
After the events of the League of Villains' attack on the summer training camp, Tenya, Mezo, and the rest of Class 1-A visit Izuku Midoriya in the hospital. While there, Eijiro Kirishima and Shoto Todoroki discuss their plan to attempt a rescue of the kidnapped Katsuki Bakugou. Tenya reacts terribly to this plan, but Mezo cuts in, telling Tenya to calm down. He says that he understands the frustration that Eijiro feels, especially as he was one of the students with Katsuki when he was kidnapped. However, he ultimately sides with Tenya and tells Eijiro to not let his emotions get the better of him.
In the Class 1-A vs. Class 1-B training, Mezo and Tenya are put on a team alongside Shoto and Mashirao Ojiro. Mezo comments that Tenya seems much more cheerful than usual, causing him to talk about his brother's recovery. Although they are not seen working together very often in training exercise, they are both shown to go above and beyond in helping their teammates. Tenya saves Shoto from being crushed by a falling tower, and Mezo hopelessly chases after his unconscious teammates after Pony Tsunatori uses her Quirk to carry them away. The battle eventually ends in a tie.

IiShoji is considered to be a rarepair, as is the case with most ships featuring Mezo. That being said, it is still one of his more popular ships. The ship likely sailed as a result of the pair being some of the most serious members of Class 1-A, and their small interaction in the 8th opening helped as well. They also both possess mutation Quirks, and some like to group them together on that basis along with characters like Mina Ashido and Kyoka Jiro.
