InkBalloon is the slash ship between Blot and Looey from the Dandy's World fandom.
Canon[]
Blot and Looey are fellow Toons in Gardenview. Both can be bought from Dandy's shop in the Lobby with the right requirements at all times. However, in order to purchase Blot, one must complete all Mastery Quests on Looey (and Yatta). The two currently share two interactions with each other in the Elevator.
Looey is a male non-event regular Toon resembling an animal balloon. He has the passive ability to gain additional Movement Speed depending on how many hearts he's on. Blot, on the other hand, is a male non-event regular Toon resembling a blob ink. He has the active ability to summon a decoy of himself at the cost of 10 Tapes. Said ability has a cooldown of 60 seconds, and the Tapes costed will increase by 10 more for every Blot there is left in a run.
Looey and Blot alongside Yatta are all part of a Three-Toon Circus Act simply known as the Circus Troupe. The three collectively refers to themselves as best friends and knows each other very well. Additionally, Looey is one of the only three Toons (the other being Yatta and Vee) who can easily understand Blot whenever he speaks backwards.
In their first shared dialogues, Looey asks Blot if he knows where the former's juggling pins went, to which the mime explains that it is under his bed, something the balloon animal always puts it under and forgets. When Looey exclaims that Blot knows where him and Yatta always leaves stuff, Blot states that he keeps a good eye on the two, with Looey ending the conversation with a 'Thank You' for Blot.
In their second shared set of dialogues, Blot requests Looey for help on thinking of acts, with Looey accepting the request and telling him that he indeed possesses some ideas and pantomine stuff for him. In response, Blot states that he's sure of whatever it is, it'll be great. Looey agrees and says that he can't wait to share them with Blot, before their interaction ends there.

InkBalloon is a moderately famous ship in the Dandy's World fandom. The duo are shipped for famously being best friends alongside Yatta. Blot and Looey are also fellow circus members of the same troupe, which acts as another reason as to why fans ship the two.
The two are often paired with Yatta, resulting in the poly ship Poly Circus. Its main rivals are InkCandy on Blot's side and CandyBalloon on Looey's side.
