InoNezu is the het ship between Inosuke Hashibira and Nezuko Kamado from the Demon Slayer fandom.

Inosuke and Nezuko indirectly met for the first time at the Tsuzumi Mansion Arc. After getting out of the mansion, Inosuke detected a demon inside Tanjiro’s box, so he immediately tried to kill whatever what was inside (being Nezuko inside). Zenitsu and Tanjiro got to stop him, and later that night Tanjiro presented Zenitsu and Inosuke her little sister. Inosuke didn’t show any interest, meaning that he doesn’t have any interest in kill her anymore.
At the Mugen Train Arc, everyone on the train fell asleep thanks to a demon technique except Nezuko (since she is a demon). Inosuke dreamed that he was the leader in the team to defeat the train, being Nezuko, Tanjiro and Zenitsu his subordinates. He went after Nezuko and gave her some acorns so she could also be part of the attack. Later He indicates to move forward and Inosuke jumped in happiness, and “his subordinates” jumped with him as they praised him. Back to reality, Nezuko woke up Tanjiro and he asked her to wake up the other ones. She later proceeds to wake up Inosuke and everyone else.
At the Entertainment District Arc, Tanjiro sang a lullaby to Nezuko so she could calm down, and when she fell asleep, Inosuke arrived alongside Zenitsu to support them. Tanjiro told Inosuke to keep going and he will catch them later since he was going to put Nezuko on her box, which Inosuke accepted it and went back to the fight. After fighting with the two upper moon Daki and Gyutaro, Inosuke got seriosly injured. Nezuko used her new blood demon art technique to heal him. Later Tanjiro hugged Nezuko, Inosuke and Zenitsu and got grateful since they survived.
At the Swordsmith Village Arc, after the siblings came back to the Butterfly Mansion, Inosuke got the news that Nezuko is now immune to the sun and she’s able to talk again, he was one of the first ones to try to help Nezuko to talk, and he also made her remember his name by repeating it over and over again, to the point Nezuko confuses Zenitsu with Inosuke.
Fanon[]
InoNezu is somewhat popular within the fandom, but since they haven’t got many interactions throughout the series, it isn’t very well-known by fans and it’s commonly overshadowed by other canon couples like AoIno and ZenNezu. At first, some fans dislike this ship since Inosuke tried to kill Nezuko, even if he was warned by Zenitsu and Tanjiro. Sometimes they both act a little bit childish is dangerous times or serious moments, since Inosuke is very competitive and before he did everything just to be the best, and Nezuko forgot a good portion of her memories as a human, and didn´t retain the exact personality she had before transformation, so instead she started acting akin of a child.
They have a huge contrast in personalities: Inosuke is an extremely short-tempered and proud young man who always likes to think he is the strongest fighter in a situation, constantly challenging most people he comes across and wanting others to respect and praise him for his skill, while Nezuko is kind and caring girl who thought of others before herself, as she was a responsible elder sister to her younger siblings and often put their needs first rather than her own. Nezuko is not afraid to get in harm's way, protecting her friends from demons even after being returned to a human state, while Inosuke often leads himself into unnecessary danger, since he tends to overestimate his abilities in comparison to who he's fighting and refuses to accept when he's been defeated.
Some fans also argue that in the Corps Records, Tanjiro said that they had a mother and son relationship, so some find it weird. Though some state that it wasn’t confirmed that Inosuke sees Nezuko as a mother figure, considering the fact that Tanjiro said it, not Inosuke himself. Fans like to see them more platonically due to the interactions that they have in the series and spin offs.

- After Inosuke got the news that Nezuko was able to talk again, the first thing he tried was to make Nezuko remember her name.
- After defeating Muzan, Inosuke alongside Zenitsu went to live with Nezuko and Tanjiro.

- Inosuke became very attached to Nezuko when she turned back into a human.
