InuKugi is the het ship between Toge Inumaki and Nobara Kugisaki from the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom.
Canon[]
Nobara and Toge have only interacted a few times in the Jujutsu Kaisen series.
Second Light Novel: Thorny Road To Dawn[]
Nobara has trouble understanding who Toge is as a person because, due to his cursed speech technique, he cannot talk normally. She can understand some of what he wants to say but she has to really concentrate, which gives her headaches. Nobara think they aren't made to get along as she thinks words are a manifestation of the soul and their absence bothers her. However, she does not blame Toge for this situation.
While they are training, Nobara asks Maki Zenin and Panda to tell her about Toge. She wants to know more about him but is unable to have a conversation with him. Maki tells her that Toge is the the most attentive of them all. Panda agrees and says Toge is pretty playful and almost as cool as Yuta. Maki adds that Toge tends to overdo things to which Panda responds that he is gentleman and a good guy.
Months later, Nobara is doing some shopping in Shibuya when she sees Toge to talking to a stranger. She discovers that the stranger is asking Toge for directions and she helps him out by answering for him. She then tells Toge he could have used his phone to communicate. She decides to leave but Toge tries to tell her something. She does not understand his intentions but thinks he must be worried and tells him she won't stay out late. Toge tries to stop her but she leaves anyways.
Later that day, Nobara is kidnapped by two curse users, Tsurube and Koizumi, and Toge comes to her rescue. Nobara thinks that Toge must have been on a mission earlier and had tried to warn her, but she didn't understand what he was trying to tell her. Toge saves Nobara one more time and takes down Koizumi, but he is hurt by Tsurube. Nobara defeats Tsurube but Toge tells her not to kill him. Nobara realizes that Toge didn't want to save Tsurume, instead he wanted to shield Nobara from the responsibility of having to kill somebody. She thinks he is a bit naive but does as he says nonetheless. She says he is too nice for a Jujutsu sorcerer but understands his worry.
The day after, Nobara is hanging out with the second years, she tells them that after the last mission she recognizes that she can still improve. Toge agrees with her, but he thinks she can be proud of her own progress. Toge tells her not partake in false modesty as it is unlike her. She tells him he is right, but he is exaggerating. Panda is befuddled and asks her when she started to understand Toge well enough to have a conversation with him but understands it's part of her progress.

InuKugi is a rarepair as Nobara and Toge do not interact much in canon. However, as Tokyo Jujutsu High students, they are present in scenes where the first and second years are together. As a het ship the pairing has 27 works written under its tag on Archive of our Own and as a friendship it has 25 works written for it. InuKugi is Toge 9th most popular ship on the website, behind InuOkko. It is also Nobara's 12th most popular ship, behind ships like NobaMaki and ItaKugi.
