InuOkko is the slash ship between Yuta Okkotsu and Toge Inumaki from the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom.
Canon[]
Yuta Okkotsu and Toge Inumaki are second-year students at Jujutsu High. When Yuta is transferred to Jujutsu High, the other first-year student warm up to him slowly. Panda tells the others that rumors say Yuta might be dangerous as he crammed four of his previous classmates into a locker, although Toge doesn’t seem to pay this information any mind. When Yuta first enters the classroom, Toge, Maki, and Panda get startled as they see a curse following the boy, they gang up on him as they don’t know how else to react, and Rika appears to defend him. Gojo introduces the classmates to Yuta, explaining how Toge’s vocabulary is limited due to his Cursed Speech Technique, so Yuta won’t have any luck trying to talk to him. Gojo pairs Yuta with Maki, and Toge with Panda. Maki gives Yuta a cold shoulder, mentioning how he seems like a fake nice person, and he will have hard time adjusting at Jujutsu High – Inumaki and Panda interrupt Maki, and Toge gives her a gloomy look.
Three months later Yuta is training with Maki as Toge, Panda, and Gojo watch them. Yuta realizes that he still doesn’t know much about him due to his speech restriction, and notes that he is a little scared of him. Gojo calls for Inumaki to inform him that a new mission was assigned to him. Yuta seems surprised and Panda explains that Inumaki is the only second grade sorcerer among them and he even gets called on solo missions. Yuta expresses his admiration, and Gojo makes Yuta join his classmate on his mission to watch him and learn from him. Okkotsu seems very nervous as they arrive at the site. Toge immediately goes to a drug store to buy throat medicine. As they walk through the site, Inumaki puts down his collar and exorcises curses they find on their way. Yuta notices that Toge’s voice is very hoarse – that’s what he bought medicine beforehand for. All of a sudden, a special grade curse appears, and Toge pushes Yuta out of its way to deal with it. Toge is exhausted and Yuta has to haul him away from the spirit to recuperate. He notices that Toge is hurt and says he’s sorry as he believes it’s his own fault. Inumaki gets up and swaying from side-to-side heads in the cursed spirit’s direction as he intends to the it on on his own.
Yuta, feeling responsible for his comrade, plucks up courage and decisively says they will go together. He looks resolute and determined as he swings his sword and fights the curse. As he keeps moving, Okkotsu thinks about Toge and notices how kind he is to those around him as he willingly chooses not to put them at risk by deciding to keep silent at all times. Yuta remember how he saved him earlier that day and tried to calm he down when he was anxious about the mission. He grabs Inumaki’s throat medicine he dropped on the floor on throws at him. He gulps it down and uses cursed speech to defeat the curse definitively.
Yuta saves Inumaki.
Now it seems that Yuta started understanding Toge’s ingredient language, when he says “leaf mustard” and Okkotsu immediately realizes it means he’s worried. They congratulate each other on the job well done. After the mission, as Panda and Yuta watch Toge, the former notices that Okkotsu and Inumaki are similar in a way that they both bear great responsibility on their shoulders since an early age. Panda says Toge has been thinking about how to help Yuta since he joined them, and asks him to be nice to Toge because he is a good person. Yuta blushes and says that he definitely will be, but gets interrupted as Maki arrives.
When the sorcerers await Suguru Geto’s attack, Gojo asks Inumaki and Panda to protect Yuta and Maki and save them with the cost of their lives if needed. Obeying Gojo’s command they arrive at Jujutsu High, and are defeated by Geto. The curse user seems to be amused by Toge and Panda’s affection and admiration towards Yuta. Okkotsu arrives and sees his friends half-dead. Toge opens his eyes and tells Yuta to “run away”. However, he is the last man standing, so he puts up a fight. Yuta uses Inumaki's cursed technique through the speaking-trumped with serpent eyes and fangs – Inumaki family cursed sigil – engraved on it. After Okkotsu manages to defeat Geto with Rika’s help, he wakes up surrounded by his friends. He tells them now he has to leave with Rika, as he promised to join her if she helps him. Toge grabs his hand, and Maki – his collar, they are decisively set on not letting him go. Rika bids Yuta farewell, and the sorcerer joins Panda, Maki, and Toge, looking confident of his own worth and happy to be with them.

Some time later, after the Shibuya incident, Yuta is ordered to find and execute Yuji Itadori. Yuta says that it won't be an issue, and he doesn't care if Yuji is Gojo's student like him, because Toge lost his arm in Shibuya because of Yuji, and now he will kill him.
In Shinjuku Arc, Inumaki helps Yuta by recording his cursed speech technique in order to freeze Sukuna.

InuOkko is the most popular ship for both characters, competing only with YutaMaki. The ship gained certain popularity after the release of Volume 0. Yuta and Toge haven’t interacted in the first season of anime, so the viewership is mostly unaware of the pairing’s existence. In fanfiction the ship is often accompanied by NobaMaki and ItaFushi.
In the manga, Gojo compares Yuta and Toge to the new first-years, Yuji and Megumi.
