ItaFushi is the slash ship between Yuji Itadori and Megumi Fushiguro from the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom.
Canon
Both met in the Itadori's highschool where he used to be doing rituals with his friends, though both didn't interact in certain time. Then after Fushiguro could feel certain cursed power within Itadori, he couldn't ask him correctly because Itadori ran away for visiting his grandfather who resided in the hospital. Yuuji, after receiving notices of his grandfather, he didn't react at all, he only left some tears out of his eyes, and then moments later he found Fushiguro who was looking for him. Megumi explains that certain cursed object that Itadori had, was a sukuna finger, which had an evil power that if it was released from some bands that were wrapping it, it could release the power. Itadori said that he didn't have certain finger, and told him that his friends were doing some ritual with it. Both then quickly went back to the highschool to later bump with a gigant monster that were attacking Itadori's friends. Though Fushiguro didn't allow Yuuji for coming, Itadori made his way for sneaking in the place right in the moment where his friends were going to be absorbed by certain monster. Later, Megumi and Itadori made to met eachother, but then certain monster, who was implied to be defeated, attacked Fushiguro throwing him through the skies. He was really injured, and then Yuuji faced the monster, Fushiguro then could see him in a risky situation, but he knew that he couldn't do anything for saving Itadori, and then Itadori did the unexpected; swallowing the sukuna's finger to receive sukuna's power. After consuming it, Fushiguro was ready to deal with sukuna in Itadori's body, though he was hurt, saying that Itadori wasn't a human anymore.
After both were picked by Gojo Satoru, he guided them to the Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School, which both were going to stay and learn about Jujutsu magic, Itadori is seen happy to notice that Fushiguro was good, although he had some injuries with bands on the places he got hurt before.
Fanon
It is rather the most popular ship for both characters in the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom (manga), though in the JJK fandom (anime) it is the second most written ship for Itadori just right behind GojoIta. A lot of fans started to ship them once the anime started, other people were already shipping them as the manga was released. It can be shipped alongside with NobaMaki.

- In episode 8 of the anime (although the English subtitles are incorrect) and in chapter 17 of the manga, when asked about her kind of girl, Megumi replies that "I don’t... really have a preference. as long as a person is compassionate, then i don’t need anything else ", implying that he could be pansexual. Also, this personality description strongly resembles Yuji's.
