ItaOkko is the slash ship between Yuji Itadori and Yuta Okkotsu from the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom.

Neither of the two knew each other before Shibuya Incident, Yuta was informed about Sukuna's dangerous destruction; which lead to his classmate Inumaki Toge's arm getting removed. When Yuta heard about this, it was clear he was very angry and frustrated towards Yuji and even vowed to kill him himself. Yuji wasn't really aware of Yuta, but was mentioned of him by Megumi once.
Yuta arrives at where Yuji and Choso are facing off against Naoya Zenin and darkly comments on how Yuji isn't alone. Yuta eventually leaves Naoya to deal with Choso while he chases after Yuji and surprises him with his speed. Yuji jumps over a car as Yuta tries to slash him but fails. Yuta thinks to himself about how he was sure he sliced Yuji and tells Yuji he's like Maki. Yuji grabs a car and throws it at Yuta who throws it back at Yuji. Yuta asks if Yuji is surprised and says he doesn't look like he's the power type before adding on that he's actually on the weak side.
The two continue to face off against each other, when Yuji enters a car and snatches a knife from inside just as Yuta tries to slash him but fails to and instead hits the knife. Yuji continues to slash at Yuta who tells Yuji that he's too focused on his katana and kicks Yuji.
Yuta raises his sword and slashes Yuji's knife in half. Yuji is able to break Yuta's katana who then says this was never going to be easy. Just then, Rika manifests and asks what's going on while also holding Yuji in place. Yuta tells Rika that they're just playing before stabbing Yuji and apologizing, this could mean that Yuta was most likely hinting that he was actually on Yuji's side.
In Chapter 143 of the manga, Yuta watches over Yuji who suddenly wakes up. When Yuta laughs and says what a relief, Yuji is heavily confused by Yuta who explained that he needed to put an act on because Gojo tasked him with watching over Yuji. Yuta also says to Yuji that in order for the higher-ups of Jujutsu High to approve of Yuta being Yuji's executioner, he had to go into a Binding Vow with them to "kill" him.
He also apologizes as Yuji asks how he's still alive where Yuta reveals that he used his reverse cursed technique at the same time when his heart stopped. When Yuji stressfully asked why Yuta is doing all of this, he calmly reveals that it is because Yuji is important to people who Yuta considers important. Yuta then tells Yuji about how he too once bore a power that he couldn't handle and that Yuji isn't to blame.

ItaOkko's popularity mainly stems from the curse the two have; Yuta with Rika, and Yuji with Sukuna. Rika being widely refered to as the Queen of the Curses, and Sukuna and the King of the Curses, many see Yuta as a somewhat mentor to Yuji as he has an obvious better control on Rika than Yuji is on Sukuna. This however leads people to see their relationship as a brotherly one, and some have jokingly mentioned how Yuta may replace Todo.
Fanfictions of the pair usually contain fluff and angst. Despite the love this ship has, ItaFushi and InuOkko has the lead in terms of popularity.
