IvanSua is the friend ship between Ivan and Sua from the Alien Stage fandom.
Canon[]
Ivan and Sua are both contestants of Alien Stage, and have known each other since childhood through Anakt Garden, although the two aren't known to be particularly close as most of their interactions have been negative.
The first time we see the two interacting is in the 'Piggyback' comic. Sua seems to be jealous that Mizi is being carried by Ivan, and Ivan assumes she wants to be carried too, but she shakes her head. In the end, it is Mizi who is carrying Till, as Ivan and Sua stand next to each other. Ivan tells Sua that she shouldn't be trying too hard to get good grades in Anakt Garden, and Sua asks if he is picking a fight. Ivan says that he's just worried about Sua since she is always groaning all the time, Sua tells him to not cross the line.
The next time we see the two with each other, Ivan calls Sua miserable and pitiful for wanting to sacrifice herself for Mizi, and that because of her, Mizi will be left with nothing but trauma for the rest of her life. Sua has an angry expression on her face, but she ends up walking away without a word. As she is walking away, Ivan thinks to himself that Sua only thinks about herself in the end.
In the 'Confession' comic, we get to see Ivan's thoughts. He says that he thought Sua and him were in the same situation, as they were both pining for a person they love, but Ivan realizes their circumstances were not similar, as with Sua, her love was requited. Ivan says that it was unjustified to lash out on Sua like he did back then, and that he should've been kinder, but he still thinks he is better than her in that regard, because he believes that Till would not be traumatized like how Mizi was traumatized because of Sua.
In official art, we continue to see Sua having a negative impression of Ivan. When Mizi is sleeping on Ivan, Sua pulls her away and looks at Ivan in distrust, but Ivan just smiles and pulls her into a hug, which Sua is shocked and unhappy about. She punches him, and stomps away with Mizi.

Sua has 1% intimacy with Ivan, the same level as Till, but her feelings for him are comparatively more hostile, as evidenced by her description of him. She calls him a total jerk who constantly crosses the line, and she concludes her complaints by saying he should come with a warning sign. It's unclear how she would feel about him if he hadn't provoked her.
Ivan's intimacy with Sua is noticeably higher at 60%, the second highest after Till. He mentions that she avoids him, but that he has special feelings for her. He then wonders if his relationship with her is like having a sister.

Fanon[]
Ivan and Sua are commonly seen as a sibling-like relationship because of their banter and many similarities/parallels. They both have intense feelings for someone (Sua with Mizi, and Ivan with Till), who they end up sacrificing themselves for, which is a huge similarity fans have noticed with them, and is even acknowledged in canon. In fan works, Sua is usually annoyed at Ivan, who is rather affectionate/teasing towards her, which fits their canon dynamic.
A few people prefer to see them in a romantic way, and often ship them alongside MiziTill. Although this is not common, as most of the fandom agrees on MiziSua and IvanTill, and headcanons Sua as lesbian, while Ivan as gay.
On AO3, they have 100+ platonic works and are the 6th most written pairing, and 3rd most written gen pairing.
