Jaiden is the slash ship between James Costa and Aiden Brooks from the Disventure Camp fandom.
James stating he hopes both of them become the most popular.
At the beginning of the season and on the way to camp, James and Aiden find themselves in the same group running, where they have their first conversation, which is regarding the followers they have on social networks. Aiden expresses that he is starting to feel uncomfortable with the small number of his followers compared to everyone else's, but James tells him not to worry, and offers to take a photo together, telling him that his followers will love him. When the teams are formed, Aiden and James are on the same team, the Orange Team. They are then seen sitting together socializing before the first challenge begins, with James curious about the accounts of contestants from previous seasons. Aiden confesses that he follows some, saying that Tom and Jake's are the most popular, with James asking him why the popularity of Tom and Jake's accounts. Aiden responds that they were both a couple, and TikTok liked that. James then smiles and wraps his arm around Aiden's shoulder and states that he hopes that in this season, the two of them will become the most popular. Aiden points out that he doesn't care much about that, and James quickly changes his mind, agreeing with him and saying that no one cares about that stuff.
During the challenge (which is a relay race) they are both assigned to the ATVs together, with James's driving and Aiden behind with the flag. James warns him to hold on to him. While they are on their way, James asks him if he can take out the phone he has in his pocket and record a story of the two of them together, with Aiden freaking out, stating that they are both in the middle of the challenge. James then asks nicely giving him a sad face, and Aiden reluctantly agrees, which makes James happy. Later, when their team loses and they are in the elimination ceremony, both of them can be seen sitting together.
Open Your Eyes[]
At breakfast, the two sit together, and James mentions that since he posted their photo of them together, Aiden has gained almost a thousand followers. Aiden thanks him, appearing to not really care. James then smirks at him saying that is nothing, calling him friend. Aiden chuckles and looks a bit surprised that James called him his friend. James states that of course both of them are friends, after all, they are the only guys on their team. Aiden says that's true, and that it is actually good to have friends there.
The challenge this episode is to stay in the elimination zone without falling asleep for as long as possible. James notices that Rosa Maria, Maggy and Lake have been inseparable since day one and asks if Aiden has noticed too, to which he says yes. James then expresses his worries that they could have an alliance and if Karol joined the alliance it was one of them out of the game. Aiden asks James if he thinks that Karol is a part of it to which he says she might be and asks Aiden to talk to her about it; he agrees to do it later in the challenge. Aiden keeps his promise and talks to Karol at dawn to see her bandaging a crocodile's leg. Aiden asks Karol who she has been interacting with, learning that she isn't a part of the girls' group and wants to vote one of them out if they lose since she sees the same concerns that Aiden and James have.
The two part ways and Aiden goes back to James to tell him Karol's response but finds him asleep, clinging to a rock. After the Orange Team loses, Rosa, Maggy and Lake decide to vote together and are between Karol and James. Outside, James asks Aiden how he had slept and asked if he had talked to Karol. Aiden responds that Karol will possibly be on their side voting one of the girls. Hearing this, James heads in the direction of the cabin and asks the girls to come outside. Aiden quickly runs up to him and asks him what he's doing he's ignored. James then shares with the girls that Karol had told Aiden that she was planning to vote for one of them. Karol is upset at Aiden for sharing their conversation with James and when Rosa tries to diffuse the situation, Karol says she only told Aiden and didn't want him telling the entire team. Aiden angrily responds that he didn't tell everyone and Lake mutters that it's true. Aiden walks off after James adds fuel to the fire that Karol can't be trusted.
James catches up to him and asks him to wait up, tacking on 'friend' at the end of his sentence. Aiden is upset that James used him but still considers himself his friend; he also asks why he didn't tell him what he was doing in the first place. James defends himself saying that Aiden will thank him for what he did in the future but Aiden says that he didn't have to appear unreliable and questions how it's beneficial for them if Karol gets eliminated. James ends this off by saying that Karol would have joined the girls soon but Aiden asks James to get away from him.
In the elimination ceremony Aiden votes for James to leave but Karol gets eliminated.
The Kiss-a-thon[]
In the cabin, James goes to talk to Aiden and Aiden is surprised that James is talking to him despite the events of the last elimination. James tells him there aren’t any hard feelings but Aiden isn’t convinced and believes he’s just pretending to be friendly. James continues his claim from last episode that it was vital that he lied and that others won’t be discouraged from playing dirty. James points out that if Aiden is made, he should be mad at the game and not him. He excuses himself to Aiden in order to do his media posting of their breakfast.
The upcoming challenge was a kissing one, consisting on two wheels of the separate teams' members with their profiles on, and when the wheels landed on one player each team, they had to follow the instruction in order to keep going until someone refused to kiss, which is when the team loses. James and Aiden are seen sitting next to each other and sharing glances when Kristal is explaining the challenge. When the word 'kiss' is focused, James mutters to himself 'awesome', as he looks to his side. While it's not shown at who exactly, it goes without saying that it was Aiden. Eventually, the wheel lands on James and Aiden. While Aiden is furious because it fell on James, this latter is shown smiling despite the circumstances. James teases Aiden about not making him wait. Aiden begrudgingly agrees in the hopes to get it over with as soon as possible. At the beginning James cups Aidens face, and when Aiden tries to pull away after the three seconds are up, James pulls him in to keep the kiss going, making the moment awkward for the rest of contestants who were currently spectating the scene. When finally separated, Aiden questions what is wrong with James, to which he claims that if they are going to win, they best do it in style, and even calls Aiden baby. Aiden looks away from James, who is grinning, as the two sit back down, James not looking away from him while smiling. The two exchange surprised looks after hearing Kai's rant to Yul.
Truth Hurts[]
James attempts to sit with Aiden over breakfast, but Aiden points out that James is free to do anything he wants because he does not own the table. James asks if he wants him to sit there, and Aiden wonders if he has ever cared about his opinions. James then decides to go, claiming that he doesn't need a friend because he has over a million followers, a comment Aiden is seen rolling his eyes at. Later in the challenge, a 'humiliation' one in which each contestant had to admit it when asked a personal truth of them for scoring a point, Aiden and James are seen once again sitting next to each other. During the challenge, it's revealed that Aiden's kiss with James was his first kiss. This fact astounds James, who even questions whether it is true. Aiden, slightly embarrassed by his flushed cheeks, points out that it doesn't matter. This act was done out of revenge by Kristal after being taunted by Aiden whom thought she'd be just asking facts easy to admit. She also indirectly warns Aiden to reveal his darkest secret if challenged once again, making Aiden go silent and also James looking at him in suspicion and seemingly regret. When Aiden initially proposes both teams to lose the challenge in purpose since it was getting out of hand, James smiles at his claim. However, the plan backfires as Kristal reveals some secrets out of their will, starting with Aiden's to then follow James' back-to-back.
Later in the challenge, when a question is given concerning which teammate had a sex reassignment operation to the Orange Team, James and Aiden can be seen looking at each other in disbelief, but after a time no one dared to press the button, making the Green Team to have a better advantage for their eventual victory. After the challenge, Aiden agreed with Yul's plans to vote James out since this latter had noticed his dislike towards him, and in the confessional cabin, Aiden admits he had only followed Yul's game to see James' reaction towards the two votes he was gonna have against him, but during the elimination ceremony, Yul and James played him so that Maggy was gone while Aiden's vote was meaningless. The two look in annoyance at Yul poking fun at Maggy for being eliminated after losing rock-paper-scissors against him.
You Are A Monster![]
When Yul and James talk about how to get rid of the competition, James is surprised that Yul suggests poisoning Aiden. While James supports the notion, he admits in the confessional that doing such is a step too far. When Yul discovers a mushroom in the woods, James pretends to agree with the idea of placing the mushrooms on Aiden's plate while Yul distracts him. Aiden blushes bowled over as he watches James run nude on stage during the Queen Says Challenge. During dinner before the elimination ceremony, James is seen dropping mushrooms onto a plate. He assures Yul that he has done his part, but later during the elimination ceremony, Yul vomits and goes pale. He then accuses James of poisoning him rather than Aiden, a claim that James denies by playing dumb, saying that he must be 'hallucinating', surprising Aiden. This latter inmediately realizes that Yul really did intend to poison him. As Kristal calls for an ambulance, she points out that Yul would have been out anyways as there were three votes against him, meaning that James intended to get Yul out of the game one way or another. Later on when Yul is wheeled off, the two, alongside Lake are seen spectating the scene, Aiden and James next to each other. Aiden asks if James really poisoned Yul for suggesting to poison Aiden. James claims it was all to get rid of Yul. Aiden however appreciates the gesture by placing a hand on his back and thanks James for protecting him nonetheless, which James smiles to.
Broke & Back Mountain[]
James and Aiden are sleeping on a bunk bed, James at the top while Aiden at the bottom. Kristal then announces the next challenge taking part somewhere else, so everyone had to be ready to take the bus in order to arrive there. James and Aiden are seen sitting together as this latter informs the other team about Yul's 'self'-poisoning, speaking in a sarcastic way which makes James smile at him, also causing him to grin while sharing looks. The challenge consists on going in pairs (now that the teams have been dissolved) to return to the camp. Kristal pairs Aiden and James together, and this latter smiles at Aiden but he doesn't share the gest. During the challenge, James can't help but complain about not having service on his phone as they were in the middle of the forest. Aiden emphasizes the importance of focusing on the challenge and preparing the tent for the night, noting that the sooner they return to camp, the sooner they can reconnect with the internet. In the confessional, Aiden mentions that after what James did for him during the previous elimination ceremony, he believes James may be a good person after all.
When the tent is pitched and they are about to retire for the night, James once again laments about being unable to upload videos for his viewers. While telling him to get some sleep because they had to get up early the next day, Aiden is frightened as it starts to thunder. James notices Aiden's fear and asks about it. While Aiden maintains he only dislikes the noise, it is apparent that the thunder does scare him. James smiles briefly before snuggling close to Aiden, making him go flushed. James flirts with him, stating he can't replace his teddy bear but will try. The two then sleep peacefully for the rest of the night. Whereas the some of the contestants are in distress to shield from the rain, James and Aiden are seen already sleeping without any problem while they're smiling.
Aiden – “[seeing James snuggling on him] What are you doing?”
James – “I can't replace your teddy bear. But I can try it.”
Aiden – “Don't talk nonsense.”
James – “Good night, Aiden!”
Aiden – “...Good night...”
The following day, James and Aiden bike back to the camp and win the challenge, Aiden holding himself on James. The two are given Kristal's hot tub to use for a hot tub party, and they are free to invite anybody they want. Aiden declares that everyone is invited, which James gladly accepts as he wraps his arms over Aiden's shoulders. Aiden asks whether he wants to check in on his followers; James, however, pleases Aiden by saying that he will do it later. In the tub, they're seen next to each other as Aiden looks at James with a smile.
Not As Easy As It Seems[]
Within the day, Aiden looks for Lake's advice on what to do regarding James. Lake reminds out that James' prior acts toward and for Aiden appear to signal that he is mesmerized with Aiden and suggests giving him a chance.
Aiden – “[...] Can I ask you something?”
Lake – “Sure! What is it?”
Aiden – “About James. You see, he has been very good to me these last few days... but I am worried about trusting him and that he will disappoint me again, like when he got Karol voted out, what do you think I should do?”
Lake – “Well, ultimately his methods of voting Karol out were somewhat questionable. But I think beyond that, he just wanted the two of you two stay in the game together.”
Aiden – “Do you think so?”
Lake – “I think so. What he did to Yul, it doesn't seem like it was part of a strategy. Rather, I would say that he was protecting you.”
Aiden – “But why? If what he wants is an alliance, wasn't Yul a better option?”
Lake – “Maybe he likes you.”
Aiden – “You mean like... he's in love with me?”
Lake - "Exactly. [blushes] The way he kissed you, the tone of his voice, his body movements when he is around you..."
Aiden – “You seem to know a lot about the subject.”
Lake – “The point is... you'll only know if you give him the chance.”
Aiden – “Thanks for listening, Lake.”
Lake - "That's what friends are for."

Later on, Aiden and James converse. The former asks if they are fine, making James agree and question the claim at the same time, to which Aiden points out that the two may rekindle their friendship and alliance as long as James includes him in any schemes he devises. James promises and asks if they can shoot photos together again; Aiden, giggling, responds yes, and James take some photos together right when Riya, Lake, and Rosa María arrive. Everyone scheme a plan to get someone out, unaware Tess was eavesdropping. They snap a group photo before being approached by the three girls. Aiden and James agree with the girls to vote out Tess or Ally because Hunter's alliance is strong.
At the end of the episode, Kristal makes the usual questions regarding to what will happen the next time, amongst those being whether James will keep his promise or ruin his relationship with Aiden.
Nightmare in Tipiskaw[]
James tries to deny Aiden's dread of Nina and believes there is an explanation for it. Aiden asks James about what to do for enjoying the night off, to which James asks him if he wants to watch a scary movie, then wraps his arm over him, noticeably altering him. In the confessional, Aiden attempts to deny his fear on horror movies, and reluctantly agrees with James. The latter takes the two with the same position as mentioned, Aiden looking at the ground in nervousness. Suddenly, when James is getting popcorn, he receives a call from an unknown number, to which he concludes being another follower who got his number. The stranger asks over his actions, and if he liked horror movies more than his 'boyfriend' Aiden, making James deny this latter claim, threatening him to hang up the call, however is horrorized when the other person says they were going to enjoy this, a figure with a knife appearing behind James. Outside the cabin where James was in, Aiden is seen waiting for him and plans to convince James to switch the genre of the movie to a comedy one, but when he hears James' scream, he immediately worries and a frightened Aiden goes to check up on him while calling James, and swears if it was one of his tiktok pranks he'd be pissed. Aiden is surprised to see James 'dead' later and attempts to persuade him to say something to him, but it doesn't work. He states that he will seek help for him, but he's also caught by the stranger.
After being 'killed', James and Aiden wake up alive, and Aiden wonders if he is all right. Aiden feels relieved that James is still alive and allows him to hug him as a result. He smiles at him while doing this. It's also revealed the ¨killer¨'s identity: Karol, who was now returning to the show. In the confessional cabin, James is hesitant on voting for the girls, and also for James and Aiden due to their starting alliance. James and Aiden decide they must vote for one of the girls, so James asks Lake. Aiden refuses, but James points out that Lake is one of the strongest contestants left. Aiden guesses that they will vote for different persons at the ceremony, and he points out that Karol despises them. Aiden and James were astonished to discover Karol behind them. Despite appearances, Karol's attitude had notably changed and was going along with them regarding the voting. Meanwhile with the other girls, they were deciding whether to vote Aiden or James out, and conclude being this latter.
After Lake is eliminated, in the confessional, Karol mentions that despite having joined the majority vote, she still hadn't forgotten Aiden and James to her, and says that once she gains the trust of the others, she's going to destroy them completely.
Sabotage Below Zero[]
While preparing for the challenge, James tells Aiden that he has something to tell him. James explains that he spotted Karol talking to Riya and that she wants the two of them out. Aiden believes he misheard, but James is positive he heard correctly. Aiden tells him they will discuss it later. In the confessional, Aiden says that James has been behaving well for many days, but Karol's presence had altered him a bit, and feels manipulated to try getting Karol voted out again. James faces Karol over her conversation with Riya and this latter tells him that everything was already underway, and [soonly] he and [Aiden] will be out of her camp, shocking James. Aiden and James partner up for the second phase of the challenge in which James would be pulling Aiden uphill on a sled, he asks Aiden if he believes he is lying about Karol, to which Aiden says that he does. James apologizes for using Aiden and regrets not including him. James hands Aiden his phone, and after obtaining confirmation, Aiden begins to feel like an idiot for not believing James.
The next part of the challenge, Aiden and James agree that James will wear a blindfold while Aiden instructs him. Aiden guides him well and compliments him. Eventually they'd meet Karol again as she's teaming up with Oliver while Karol leads the way, but now Aiden had knew the truth about her, ordering James to move to the right to bump them, however Karol does this too and makes them crash. However, later on, they collide with a rock after Oliver was jumpscared by the tarantula and Karol ends up on top of it, the arachnid being the one she had asked Aiden to take care of, having killed it. She insults Aiden for putting her in danger like it was nothing and says that he and James were one of a kind. Aiden gets enraged too and reminds her actions prior with the two guys and calls her insane for thinking that it was worse harming a bug than a person. In the confessional, Aiden admits James' claim being right that they all'd do the same too eventually. Since Karol wasn't on condition to participate again, she yells at the others to get James and Aiden out, and before explaining the reason, she gets injected with anesthesia which makes her faint. Riya and Rosa María look at the two men in suspicion, and while James glares at Aiden in fear, this latter focus his anger gaze at Karol.
On another scene, Hunter and Ally are seen walking off discussing the chances of voting out any of the contestants, being the options available Rosa, James and Aiden, and that the worse case is that it wouldn't work out. Switching to James and Aiden, the former asks Aiden if he really sabotaged Karol with the spider, to which Aiden replies that he didn't want to hurt Karol, but to distract her from the challenge so she wouldn't win. James says that at least they got her out the game and the danger was over. When Aiden wonders if what he did was wrong, James rejects it, saying he is finally thinking about the game's future and is proud of him. Aiden wraps his arm around James and rests his head on him, expressing his gratitude for his support and pride in his smart decision.
Popping Trust[]
Aiden and James appear to have fallen asleep together, completely dressed and snuggled up to each other. Aiden awakens, and James informs him they fell asleep while watching a movie. James reminded Aiden that if they hadn't seen that "cheesy drama movie," it wouldn't have occurred. Aiden counters that other people enjoy art, not simply 'those bloodbaths you call horror movies'. James reminds Aiden that when they watch those movies, they stay awake. James gets out of bed to go to breakfast, only to realize he has lost his phone. Later, Aiden asks James whether he's found his phone, but he says not yet.
During the challenge, Aiden reminds James that, despite his irritation over losing his phone, they must focus on finding Hunter. James asks Aiden what would happen if he informed him he hadn't lost it. Aiden is taken aback and asks what he is talking about. James tells Aiden that it must have been stolen. Aiden informs James that it is a severe accusation that he cannot make without proof. James asks Aiden if he thinks he would just lose his phone like that, Aiden stating that it is possible. James tells Aiden that Riya had lost her perfume, implying that there is an a pattern. James inquires about Aiden, who is the only one at camp, with that history. Their talk is interrupted as their balloons are popped. Aiden and James are disappointed to have lost three of their six balloons.
Aiden tells James to quit being aggressive with Rosa Maria. But is surprised when he is 'correct' and becomes hostile towards the woman too. What they do not realize is that everything was already schemed by Riya, the true culprit of the case, and had sacrificed Rosa to take her far with the plan.
Rotten Fruit[]
James celebrates reaching two million followers by placing his arm around Aiden and smiling suggestively. Aiden congratulates him and says he knew he'd make it. James mentions that Aiden is doing well on social media, but Aiden responds that he doesn't care.
As the contestants are chilling together at the shore, James asks Aiden if he will take off his shirt to swim with him, to which Aiden says that he does not feel comfortable doing so. James responds that it is not an issue and that he can come in as is. Aiden asks James whether he can believe how close they were to making the finals, and James says it's been incredible because one of the two will be a billionaire. When Aiden asks James what will happen after the game, James responds that they will be famous and that they may go on a trip together if they want and if he is interested. Aiden accepts gratefully and then starts to tell him that he wants to tell him something; he is uncomfortable with it, but he feels compelled to tell James. He asks James if he recalls the truth test in which Kristal posed a question that no one answered. James informs Aiden that it is fine, and that he does not have to feel compelled to discuss it with him until he feels comfortable doing so. He also tells Aiden that nothing will affect his opinion of him. Aiden hugs James in the water, demonstrating their genuine love for one other. James admits that being around Aiden makes him feel quite relaxed, and he hopes to become friends with him after the game.
Before climbing a ladder as part of the first challenge, James wraps his hand around Aiden, who appears anxious. Aiden explains that he cannot do this because heights frighten him. James associates his phobia with spiders and how holding one alleviated it, therefore all he needs is a push to overcome it. After reaching the lowest level, James instructs Aiden to breathe, count to three, and jump. James pushes Aiden as he is counting, but he does not appear to mind since when James falls, they both smile at each other. Later, Aiden expresses gratitude to James for motivating him to take on the challenge. James says it's nothing. Riya reveals what James has been doing the entire time about using Aiden to gain followers, making him furious with James. Aiden claims that he should have known because all James cared about are his fans. James tries to explain, but Aiden is uninterested, and Riya constantly pointing out every little thing he says to Aiden or the camera to make his fans feel worse. Aiden urges James to leave him alone since he does not want to converse, leaving Aiden feeling a range of negative emotions. James vents to Hunter about what he feel about Riya. Despite Aiden's hatred towards James, he ended up not voting him out and instead went for Riya. Unfortunately, none of their votes but Riya's were valid as she had used the totem to save herself. Right after Hunter's eviction (which made Riya, Aiden and James the final three), Riya reminds on the cabin that James and Aiden's current relationship being a 'heartbroken ball of unstable emotions', that being a perfect choice to take to the end. Aiden is furious by James' betrayal and does not want to see anyone from camp again.
Money, Fame and Shame, Part 1-2[]
In the first part, After Riya locks the cabin, James asks Aiden where he is going to sleep, and he answers he will sleep in the dining room, but James is unable to join him. Later, James is shown going through images of himself and Aiden, tears in his eyes. After a few scrolls, a message appears reading, "What you did to Aiden is disgusting." Unfollow'. This infuriates James, and he throws his phone across the room. Meanwhile, Aiden is equally upset by James's betrayal; he sits by the lake, filled with recollections of their wonderful time together and the impact they both had on one another.
Later in the semi-final challenge, after Riya leaves Aiden hanging from a cliff, James becomes alarmed when he notices Aiden dangling from the precipice by a single hand, and the episode concludes with his scream while Lake looks in horror, apparently having dropped.
However, in the following instance, it's revealed that James had saved him and gotten him up. Aiden awkwardly thanks him and James asks if he's hurt, to which he says he is alright. James encourages Aiden to listen, telling him that what he did was bad and that he understands if he doesn't want to forgive him, but he wants Aiden to know that there was a time when everything became true. Regardless of whether they want to continue talking, James wants Aiden to know that he is sorry and does not want him to be hurt. Aiden questions James on how he knows he isn't just saying that to regain his following. James explains that after losing everything, he realized something very essential, and it is that Aiden is everything he ever desired. Aiden apologized to James, explaining that when he feels foolish, he can be irritating, also feeling like way yesterday. He asks Aiden if they're okay, and Aiden says they are.
James invites Aiden to take his hand and they'll jump together. Aiden warns James that only one can stay in the game, and there is no way he can defeat Riya, only James can. James questions what Aiden is saying and claims that he worked extremely hard today. James tells Aiden that he cannot give up now. Aiden asks James if he recalls when he said he only needed a push, and then kisses him for the second time this season. He then grabs a hold of James, tells him it's his turn, and shoves him off the mountain to win the challenge. Aiden assures James that he can accomplish it because he believes in him.
Just as Aiden had predicted, James ends up winning the season, and once at the goal, Aiden rushes up to him and hugs him. Aiden assures James that they accomplished it together, which allows him to pull James in for another kiss, and they both smile joyfully. At the final elimination ceremony, James and Aiden hold hands. James explains he would use the money to go on a trip with Aiden, making him excited as he loved travelling. He also would share some for Rosa María so she could invest it on her daughter's, Sophia, future. In the end, James incites for everyone to have a party, receiving cheers from their part.
At the end of the last episode, the three finalists consisting on Riya, Aiden and James say hello and mention the patreons who supported the show. James and Aiden mention the sponsors' names in back-to-back occasions, first Riya, James and then following Aiden.
All-Stars[]
They're seen in the first teaser relaxing at the beach, following James taking a selfie of the two, for then getting Kristal's notification of their involvement in the new season on his phone. It's implied James used part of the bounty he had won for Aiden's top surgery, now that this latter did not mind now exposing his chest.
In the opening sequence, they're seen walking to the eviction ceremony, James behind Aiden while looking at him in adoration. Now at the place, they're seen holding hands while their backs are facing the screen.
Reach for the Stars[]

Aiden and James appear once again together when picking up the contestants for the new season via airplane. When they reunite with Lake, James proposes a reunion selfie, and so happens with him resting a hand on Aiden's shoulder. Now that it was their turn for being interviewed by Emily, it's also revealed that the million dollars that James won on past season was spent with travelling alongside Aiden around the world. Since this latter liked to travel, they paid a visit to James' sister on Brazil, which is why they were picked up there. Aiden gives James lovingly looks when he's being questioned about different topics, and Emily brings up the grudge topic on Aiden if he still doesn't hold it for being used by James for fame, but he admits it being a misunderstanding and was too rash, and they had talked out about it too, still being good. Aiden baby-talks that James was 'vewwy sowwy' while holding his chin on his hand, making Emily uncomfortable for such moment and sarcastically comments how happy she was that the two were doing good. During the flight, the two are seen sitting and happily sleeping together, Aiden leaning on James' shoulder.
When they have to jump off the airplane alongside the other participants in order to get to the starting point, Aiden is pushed down the airplane by Riya, James rushes and jumps almost immediately after him. As they opened the parachutes, they're unfortunately in separate teams, revealing blue colors for Aiden and Lake, and for James, pink. Seeing this, Aiden becomes worried and tells James not to do anything crazy on his team, and his boyfriend promises on behaving.
Gone Buck Wild![]
Once on dry land, Lake helps James get oriented to go to his camp separately since he was bad with maps, and Aiden announces in a disappointed tone that this would be their goodbye. James comforts him by saying they'd be seeing each other on the challenges, and admits it'll be hard to beat him, because it'd put them in danger of going home. Offended by his claim, Aiden says Lake and him could handle it together (and before that cheers James by calling him babe to give his all). They share a goodbye kiss and part ways.
In the first part of the second challenge, when Kristal asked everyone about how did their night go, Aiden comments it being the worst of his life. James asks in worry if everything was okay, to which Aiden denies claiming that the rain soaked all of them, to which James approaches and whispers him a tip for them not to get wet next time. An upset Jake questions James for helping another team, and Aiden goes to his defense in anger to ask him if it was okay for them to freeze to death.
Jake approaches James after the challenge to ask him if he knew that something was going on between Tom and Aiden, since they became friends quickly, implying that he might be cheating on him, however James defends his boyfriend by saying that he didn't know him at all, and to be careful with what he was suggesting, and not to make stuff up about him. The fight gets especially heated when Jake's insecurity makes James to call him a boy toy while claiming that his boyfriend wasn't cheating on him, and since Jake was becoming 'delusional', he leaves the place.
In an outdoor confessional after James's eviction, Jake admits feeling bad about the situation, but however says that in case it was true what he had initially suspected, Aiden would feel what it's like to have a person he loves being taken away.
H2Oh-No![]
When Kristal announces that James was voted out last elimination, Aiden's attitude and tone switch to disappointment as he assures he knew it was gonna happen, while being comforted by Tom and Lake. In the confessional, Aiden wonders in anger who could hate James, since he is a better person than before, and was willingly to win right away. Without him, things would be much harder there for Aiden.
While on the challenge, Jake feels guilty over trusting Alec about James, and asks Ashley if it's wrong that he feels this way over this, to which she answers that guilt can consume him, as part of one of her experiences.
Once again, Lake is the next eliminated, and Aiden runs to her while exclaiming that first it was James, and now she was being eliminated too, but she tells him that it was ok, and to be strong, because she didn't regret anything.
Sandbag Sabotage[]
Tess goes to comfort Aiden after Lake's eviction, and he mentions that the game just started and his boyfriend and best friend were gone. The girl tells him not to give up on himself, since both James and Lake wouldn't like to see him like he was now, and that it was maybe the time for him to see himself the way they saw him. In the confessional, he says that he loves both James and Lake and will win the season for the two and for himself too.
The Turbulent Triathlon[]
Aiden briefly mentions James in the confessional after he launches alongside Tom to the sea as part of one of the challenge's stages, saying that he and James took gliding lessons over the past year, explaining they did it to help Aiden to overcome his trauma from last season's final. He still didn't love heights, but the lessons had helped him to overcome that fear. He also reminds to himself that it's okay to ask for help.
Strike a Chord[]
Aiden is reluctant on following Ellie's plan of having Tom and Aiden kissing at the end of their performance, reminding that he has a boyfriend. Tom sides with Aiden by repeating what he had said (that he's got a man). At the end of the performance, Aiden says that he knows James will be chill after commenting feeling weird kissing Tom, since anyone could tell it was part of the challenge.
Ball Busters[]
When Aiden vents in the confessionary about Jake making him piss off over his thoughts of Tom and Aiden being a thing, he suspects that Jake might have a hand sending James home.
Slip & Sly[]
Aiden says out loud about missing James, making Tom tease him about his love towards his boyfriend when Aiden narrates about James' self, knowing that Tom had saw all that. The cop reminds the kiss on the top of the hill during the finale like part of a Hallmark movie, calling Aiden a "sly dog" as he mimics a kiss while Aiden giggles as he shakes his own arm asking him to shut up. Tom claims that Aiden was very confident, and the latter says James had helped him find his confidence, especially when talking about Aiden's scars, mentioning to have been ashamed of them for a long time.
Last Second Chance[]
When Aiden and Lake reunite on the comeback challenge, during the motorcycle ride, Lake informs Aiden about James doing fine, and how he won't shut up about how much he misses him, which Aiden finds endearing. After the game, both James and Lake wish root for him and also wish him luck, and before leaving, James and Aiden share a goodbye kiss.
TikTok On The Clock[]
When Kristal asks the participants who are familiar with TikTok, Connor initially misinterprets the name as the clock sound, prompting Aiden to explain that it is an app, recalling how James had always helped him with his TikTok videos. In the confessional, Aiden shouts, "Yes!" and explains that this one is for James, saying that he misses him (referring to the Brazilian guy as "babe").
Weight Off Your Shoulders[]
During the challenge, when it's Riya's chance again to choose someone he wants to interrogate, she goes with Jake to question him if he only befriended Aiden for kicking his boyfriend (James) out. He responds that at first he did, but now believes he's genuinely starting to appreciate him.
As Aiden responds to the patreon members, Aiden comes across to a comment which asks James to be their sugar daddy, however Aiden chuckles to then threateningly tell the user to back off, declaring that he's his.

Aiden make a comparison to his relationship with James mentioning that he thought the brazilian guy was a jerk at first but saw his heart and Jake can see Tom's as well. After both friends arrive to Miriam, Ashley, Lake and James' spot, while James is complaining about hating the game (after losing a game he was playing with the other three), Aiden approaches his boyfriend from behind and clings onto him as he tells his babe to not be a sore loser.

However, when Kristal brings up the three finalists' topic, looking for an opinion of them, James expresses his grudge at Jake still in the game, and how he had only made Connor quit recently, and declares he hasn't changed. A worried Aiden tries to calm him down while still hugging him. At dinner, Gabby asks Tom if he's finally going to ask Jake out, the officer scratches his head in embarrassment as he smiles and says he definitely will. James' expresses his discomfort by stating that he could do way better, and gets punched by Aiden on the arm, blurting out an "Ow!". They smile at each other when Kristal announces that the losers have a chance to win cash if assisting a finalist, only if that person managed to win, which'd result on receiving the 5% of the bounty ($100,000).
After James accidentally finds the second totem for the game, Aiden says in the confessional that maybe after this is over, he and James are going to see a shrink (as he's confident that Nina had definitely cursed him). Afterwards the challenge, the three winners reunite in order to pick the finalist they'll be assisting. Kristal asks for James' case, to which he hesitatingly replies Jake, and in the confessional, he hopes that Jake knows that he didn't pick him because he wanted to, declaring that he did it for Aiden.
As Oliver greets the patreons, he explains that James was supposed to do the shout-out but when he went to his door, he heard him and Aiden "doing stuff".

When James views himself on Jake, he recalls season 2's events when he had to mend bridges, he compares Ally with Aiden. When the finalists and their helpers manage to escape from the cave, Jake and James are the last team to arrive, which'd mean that Jake was the next eliminated. Aiden then rushes to James in worry and hugs him, glad that he's okay, and both share an embrace as it's revealed that, after a twist of events, Ally had lost all of her gems and was the next loser.

James and Aiden are seen together all the time during the first and second phase of the final challenge. After the season is over, the Brazilian man is seen holding Aiden's shoulders as Tom looks for everyone's plan, to which the e-boy, as he cups James' face on his hand, declares that Lake, James and him are going on a trip, followed by the girl who states that she's showing James and Aiden a taste of Germany.
Once the bus reached their destination, Tom and Jake waved their goodbyes to Lake, James and Aiden (who were holding hands) as they went their separate ways.

In the first story of Stories of Disventure Camp, James approaches Aiden in the cabin to ask him if he had downloaded the horror movie he told him about, and Aiden awkwardly says he did but also downloaded a comedy one in case James wanted to see that one. When Aiden gets jumpscared, James mocks at him for being a chicken, and, offended, Aiden asks James if he thinks he wasn't afraid of anything, to which he surprisingly affirms. Aiden though questions his claim because he had asked him to go with him to the bathroom moments ago, but James replies it wasn't because he was scared, making Aiden blush while angrily looking for a proper explanation, and James says teases that it was because Aiden needed to go there but wouldn't ask James to go with him, making Aiden look away in embarrassment.[1]

In another greeting, Aiden's, he replies to the fan that as for James, the two had their fair share of cute moments, narrating how one time they were out by the lake, and James decided to teach him some TikTok dances. In summary, it was fun for Aiden trying to keep up with him.[3]

In their third joint greeting, the two are in their pajamas and holding big plushies of each other. To the question 'Did Aiden and James get married?' James jokingly points out he doesn't see a ring on either finger. Aiden says his first kiss with James in The Kiss-a-thon was unexpected but was only angry because it was out of nowhere. Aiden also points out how his boyfriend burning his kitchen got him in trouble with his mom. James apologizes and Aiden forgives him, calling him babe. At the end, they share yet, another goodbye kiss.[13]

Jaiden is one of, if not, the most popular ship in the community after TomJake, since both characters started showing hints since the start of their respective seasons, and fans noticed them and started shipping them. The community for the ship grew since both characters kissed for a long time in the third episode's kissing challenge, with both of them showing hints of liking the kiss, even if they were in a conflict. Fans loved the chemistry they had between them, even if they were in a conflict at the time, and as the episodes progressed, with the conflict getting resolved and the characters getting closer, there was more and more fanservice and development, with the ship's hashtag on Instagram having more and more drawings. By the time the ship was canonized in the last episode of the season, most of the ship's fans expressed their happiness online, and that they were relieved that both characters could solve their problems and start a relationship instead of avoiding each other.
When it was announced that the third season would be an All-Stars, and that James and Aiden would return, fans of the ships couldn't wait to see them again, immediately making fanarts and content with their new designs (mainly on Instagram), and making up theories about what they could have been doing during the time between seasons. However after the second episode was aired which revealed that James was the first participant to go, the fandom fell in disappointment while a small side agreed on being fair because he had already won past season. They expected more interactions between the two guys but however could be not possible anymore yet, but there's a slight chance that James might be returning at some point of the series as he's given indirect and a small signal of a possible comeback (like with Gabby's case in the season 1 reboot). Because of this, all of the blame fell on Jake being the one who falsely claimed Aiden being a cheater, but many supported James and how he was confident that his boyfriend would never do that in first place. Still, fans await Aiden's reaction to James' early eviction, expecting for him to either clear things up with Jake or getting some kind of revenge. Now that the episode has been released, the attention had notably diverted to Lake's eviction too, being a heartbreaking moment for Aiden, as another close one had left him, shocking a lot of fans.
It's shipped alongside the aforementioned TomJake, although it seemingly is decreasing on popularity due to their break-up and the chances for it being permanent are high, and GabEllie (Gabby x Ellie).
Both of them were the longest lasting team members of their team, and were the first and only couple (as of now) of Disventure Camp to make it into the finals together.
