JeanAmber is the femslash ship between Amber and Jean from the Genshin Impact fandom.
Canon[]
While the two don't interact much in the game, they do interact a lot in the manga.
Manga[]
After a guy says that a knight might have better answers than Amber, she calls him rude, but Jean tells Amber to ignore him and focus on her mission. Some time later, Jean leaves, saying she's leaving the city in Amber's care.
Later that night, Amber accidentally lands near Jean and Lisa. Jean calls Amber her "dear outrider" and comments on how she told her to team up with Kaeya Alberich. However, Amber justifies her actions by saying she hasn't had the time to look into it. Just as Jean is about to introduce herself, Amber says that she already knows who she is calling Jean famous in Mondstadt. When they arrive at the library, just as Amber is about to confess that she hasn't been looking, Jean interrupts, believing that Amber has been trying to get to the bottom of the mission as well. Jean asks Amber if Kaeya found anything, but Amber says he left her. Amber then screams after grabbing a paper, and Jean asks if she should get her backup, but Amber quickly runs away.
After Jean notices that her vision being weird, she goes after Amber. After Amber is about to be attacked, Jean protects her and says she hopes she's not too late. Jean introduces herself and says that Amber's battle is with her. After Jean and Amber "defeat" the monster, Jean wonders if Amber is okay and asks why she ran out of the library earlier. Amber explains, but quickly notices the monster coming back and tells Jean to look behind her. Jean is wounded and tells Amber to run, but Amber doesn't want to for a moment, thinking she'll get in Jean's way if she stays. After Amber runs, the monster comes after her instead, and Jean tells Amber to throw the Fatui thing away. But Amber decides not to and continues to be chased.
Finally, Amber throws the thing near a barrel, where Jean and Amber attack, finally killing the monster. Amber starts to search the ground and Jean asks what she's doing. Afterwards they both return to Mondstadt.
Voicelines[]
Although Jean and Amber have few interactions in the game and many in the manga, they both share voice lines about each other, with Amber having several about Jean. In Amber's voice line, about Jean: Help, Amber says that after the former Grand Master left on his expedition, all the affairs of the Knights of Favonius were left up to Jean. Amber says she wishes there was something she could do to help Jean. In Amber's second and final voice line about Jean: Care, Amber thinks that Jean might still be working. She says they should go invite her for coffee, which they do. In Jean's voiceover about Amber, she says that Amber's growth has impressed her lately. Jean hopes that one day Amber's deeds will be the words of a bard's tale.
