JenIta is the Het ship between Yuji Itadori and Jennifer Lawrence from the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom.

Canon

Yuji and Jennifer have never interacted as Yuji is a fictional character and Jennifer Lawrence is a real person. While Jennifer Lawrence exists in the Jujutsu Kaisen universe, she is not aware of his existence.

Yuji tells Todo Jennifer Lawrence is his type

When Yuji meets Yaga he introduces himself by saying that he's into girls like Jennifer Lawrence. Later, while Yuji is moving into his room, he's seen putting up a poster of a girl on his wall. During the Goodwill Event, Yuji fights Todo and, while they're fighting, Todo asks Yuji what his type of girl is. Yuji says his type is tall girls with big butts like Jennifer Lawrence. As Todo and Yuji share the same type of girls this prompts Todo to say that they have become best friends.

Jennifer Lawrence is an actress and Yuji loves watching TV. One of Yuji's hobbies is watching TV and he is a "TV child"; raised by watching TV. Yuji first saw Jennifer Lawrence as an actress when he watched the Silver Linings Playbook movie. During the month in which Gojo made Yuji watch movies, it is possible he watched more Jennifer Lawrence movies.

Both Yuji and Jennifer Lawrence like food. Yuji isn't picky about food and while Jennifer Lawrence describes herself as "not a foodie", she loves food. She famously said the she "always loved food too much to be a model". Jennifers Lawrence likes japanese food and as a japanese, Yuji eats a mostly japanese food.

They also share a few similarities appearnace-wise. Yuji and Jennifer Lawrence are almost the same height. Jennifer Lawrence is 175cm (5'9") and Yuji is 173cm (5'8") but he's still growing. When it comes to their hair color, Yuji and Jennifer Lawrence are both blonde. Jennifer Lawrence's natural hair color is blonde and Yuji's hair was blonde before being changed to pink in the anime.

On AO3, JenIta is Yuji's 5th most popular crossover ship, behind his friendships with Anya Forger from Spy x Family, Naruto Uzumaki from Naruto, Denji from Chainsaw Man and Takemichi Hanagaki from Tokyo Revengers. Yuji has said several times that he liked Jennifer Lawrence and it was the basis for his friendship with Todo. Considering everything that Yuji went through in the manga and in the anime, fans like that Yuji has normal teenage interests such as a celebrity crush. Many fans appreciate the ship because they like to see glimpses of Yuji's life before he became a Jujutsu Sorcerer.
