Jenvy is the poly ship between Serial Designation J, Serial Designation N, and Serial Designation V from the Murder Drones fandom.

Canon[]

J, V, and N have had a long history within their relationship ranging from their position as Worker Drones into Disassembly Drones. Many changes have ensued since then, thus greatly altering their relationship with the other. Nonetheless, they work together and currently share the same goal in preventing the AbsoluteSolver from consuming Copper 9.

After Cyn had removed their memories, V’s sweet and loving personality towards N shifted into disrespect and shunning due to J’s negative opinion on him. However this does not last long, mainly due to J’s absence after being murdered by Uzi.

Pilot[]

N, V, and J arrive on Copper 9 via landing pod. When they enter, the landing pod crashes due to, according to N, the team not being taught how to land properly. As a horde of Worker Drones approach the pod to identify the mysterious space craft, the murderous trio reveal themselves and swiftly fly out of the pod. V yanks one of the workers that was in a close range and brings his body several feet into the air as she poses alongside N and V. She decapitates the body of the innocent worker before sending multiple missiles onto the crowd. This is where the progression of the trio’s mission takes place: eliminate all Worker Drones on Copper 9.

When N meets Uzi and loses his facial recognition and memory from a blast of her railgun, he greets V and J to her with descriptions due to the two currently hunting. He believe that Uzi is a new squad mate and explains that she will love his female co-workers once she gets to meet them. A flashback to him and V plays, and it displays V violently dismembering multiple innocent workers whilst laughing maniacally as N nervously watches. He musters up the courage to speak to her after she finishes and claims that the “moon” looks splendid tonight in attempts to flirt with her. He is interrupted by her after she is surprised by his presence and jumps back. She rudely says “Who are you?”, not leaving room for him to answer before flying away. Once the flashback cuts off, he admits to Uzi that he has a secret crush on her and desperately wishes for Uzi not to tell her. He then cuts on to J and another flashback plays. It displays J pinning N to the ground with her foot as she brutally degrades him in consideration of his poor work performance. She points out that he is useless and terrible, and if the company allowed the elimination of useless Disassembly Drones, she wouldn’t hesitate to murder him. Despite this abusive behavior, N claims that she is awesome regardless of how she treats him. Before he can say anything else to Uzi, V and J return from their hunt, causing Uzi to scramble and beeline back from the corpse house to the colony.

Unfortunately, she is noticed by both female Murder Drones. V informs the others this and claims that she wants to practice making balloon animal shapes with Uzi’s corpse and questions why N has not dealt with her. J explains underneath the assumption that he had “tripped and knocked himself offline”. She slaps him across the face to reboot his system, in which it works and he gains his memory and facial recognition once more. He realizes that he allowed Uzi to escape with a dangerous weapon that could murder all Disassembly Drones and panics. He blabbers to his crew while poorly mustering scrambled excuses before heading outside to catch up with Uzi. V and J exchange him intensely skeptical looks as he leaves.

After N successfully breaks into the colony, he engages in mass homicide on remaining workers before eventually catching up to Uzi. Provoking her and her father, Khan Doorman, he shoves Uzi’s life into risk as her father is left with a difficult decision. Pinned to the wall by a blade, Uzi is unable to blast N with her railgun, leaving the ultimate task to Khan. Despite having the upper hand, Khan chickens out of the situation and slams the door, leaving N and Uzi on the other side. Both appear affected by this decision, and N expresses sympathy for a brief moment before J and V arrive. J compliments N for “not doing something useless for once”, followed up by V who claims she has been trying to get past the doors for months. When V refers to him by name, N is shocked to know she remembers it.

V playfully remarks that “whoever has the lowest body count eats a missile” and crashes through the ventilation shaft in search for her prey. J praises N further and rewards him with a branded JCJenson pen as she prepares to join V. However, she is interrupted by N, who possess a new view on workers because of Uzi, who questions the purpose of JCJenson sending the Murder Drones to eliminate the workers. As he continues to explain himself and brings up what Uzi had told him, such as the workers repairing the landing pod for N, V, and J to return to Earth, J grows increasingly angry. N realizes his mistake of speaking about this in the first place and quickly apologizes. J nonetheless punishes him and injects him with a painful virus.

She ignores his attempt of reasonable persuasion, saying that all workers are corrupted and, sarcastically, wishes for N to not get corrupted as well. He thanks her as he collapsed to the ground in pain and calls her awesome for always looking out for him. She boastingly salutes to him before joining V in their hunt. N is rescued by Uzi and they head to the female Murder Drone’s location to end their plan in harming anyone else. V and J discover workers in hiding and provoke them. Before anyone could be murdered, however, N and Uzi stand up to them. Uzi nudges N to signal that it is time for his cool speech, and so he points his attention towards J. He claims that J has always been “kinda mean” to him and he wishes she hadn’t been so. He points out that it is just effective criticism. V tosses Thad to the side despite having the opportunity to murder him to face N alongside J. J spitefully accused N of being a traitor and threatens his life, signifying a battle. Uzi takes on J whereas N faces V much to his displeasure. The battle falls to an end, and J’s body is left obliterated due to Uzi’s railgun and N managed to distract V and restrain her with her own nanite acid tail. Uzi loudly scolds Khan for leaving her for dead before taking off with N and V in self exile.

Heartbeat[]

In N’s memories, he is strolling the hallways of the Elliot Manor with a large plate of fancy wine glasses as Worker Drone. He bumps into V accidentally and the tray falls to the floor. The two quickly get up to clean their mess and their fingers collide, creating a spark of electricity. V and N are both flustered by this and blush at each other. N opens his mouth to speak but is abruptly and violently kicked in the face by J and collapses to the floor. As she is about to insult him verbally but quickly stops herself for she detects Tessa’s presence in the room.

The Promening[]

N reveals to V that J had transformed into a giant “worm snake thingy” and questions the Murder Drones origins and who the trio really is along with what is JCJenson trying to hide from them. V is quickly silenced by this statement and asks N to stop “prying in that stuff” with Uzi. N attempts to comfort her and informs her that if she knows anything, she is more than free to tell him. He is abruptly beheaded by her once his guard is down. V claims that ignoring JCJenson’s and or the AbsoluteSolver’s plans for them and J would be for the best. She heads out of the corpse house to arrive to the prom where her prey thrive in.

Home[]

Taking place in N’s memories, it continues the era in which the trio are Worker Drones. Cyn’s agenda on the massacre of humans in the gala caused N, J, Tessa, and Uzi to retaliate. V, however, has fallen underneath the influence of her control and has been mutilated as a result. The group prepare themselves for any encounter once they witness the Eldritch V crawling on the ceiling. Moments later, V strikes and plummets to the ground from above, causing everyone to scatter. She nearly pierced Tessa’s skull, but J steps in front and deflects the attack. J informs N that he and Uzi should head for the basement while she and Tessa keep the “coma patient” busy. N is irritated by this name and corrects J by claiming that V is sweet. Suddenly, V appears behind him and tries to steal the key from him to no avail and is attacked. She refuses to give up and instead projects a sharp object at him, her weapon being deflected by J who rescues N and engages in battle with the Eldritch V.

When N and V arise in the present after their memory dive, the two and Uzi head outside to retrieve the key bug from Doll who had recently broken in and stole it. When they arrive at her location, J is present and fully reconstructed, thus bringing the squad together again.

Dead End[]

As Tessa, J, N, V, and Uzi are conversing whilst exchanging questions, Doll beelines with the key bug in her possession, engaging a chase. Doll swiftly evades the group by falling into a deep ditch. J and Tessa further their explanation to the group about Cyn and her unknown plans for Copper 9 and how they must put a cease to her. However, Tessa orders J to keep watch over her landing pod, separating her from V and N once more

Moments[]

  • In Heartbeat, cutting to the present, although the trio is not currently together, N, V, and Uzi converse about J and her connection to JCJenson. V violently and rudely defends JCJenson’s motives when Uzi expresses anger towards the home company, much like J towards N. N mentions that J had been receiving orders from someone regarding the mission of the Murder Drones.

Fanon[]

Jenvy is a considerably popular polyamorous ship within the Murder Drones fandom due to their shared mission in the elimination of Worker Drones. Their squad plays a major role in the plot itself, even having the series’s title being arguably named after their species. The squad influenced many fans to create Disassembly Drone characters of their own and form their own murderous squads on social media platforms.

Fans often create a romantic atmosphere with the three; examples include J and V crushing and being extremely flirtatious around N, making him intensely flustered. Other instances include J and N sharing the same romantic affection for V, thus explaining why J is violent and degrading towards N out of envy; this influenced the OilRose ship. Humorous depictions of the trio’s relationship include J being the third wheel of N and V’s romantic relationship.
