Jerenessa is the het ship between Jeremy Johnson and Vanessa Doofenshmirtz from the Phineas and Ferb fandom.
Canon[]
Jeremy and Vanessa hardly even know each other, having only really met a couple times in "The Lizard Whisperer" and "Drusselsteinoween". Vanessa doesn't really seem to care much for Jeremy, given his aversion to death metal and scary stuff, which is what she's all about as a goth girl. However, Vanessa still admittedly thinks Jeremy is pretty hot, being initially allured by his beauty when she first met him. She was also interested in the fact that he played the guitar, being a bit of a rockstar, herself. It's just his conflict of interest that turns her away. Besides, Jeremy is dating Candace, who is one of Vanessa's good friends, so she's not going to get in the way of that. There was, however, one future ship tease that happened in "Drusselsteinoween", where Jeremy flirted with Vanessa at a Halloween party, mistaking her for Candace. Vanessa corrected him and directed him to the real Candace. As Jeremy left with Candace, Vanessa glared upon him with discontent, really just not seeming to like him at all.

Jerenessa is an incredibly uncommon rarepair in the fandom, due to the clearly established lack of chemistry between the two in the series. What little support this ship has is also largely overshadowed by rival ships such as Canderemy, Ferbnessa, Montessa, and Johnessa. The few people who do ship them will tell you that they're sort of curious to see what would happen if they actually did try to give their relationship a chance. It would be interesting if Vanessa tried to teach Jeremy about death metal and get him into goth culture. However, this kind of interaction could still happen between them if they were friends. Another favorable case for their ship is that Candace is an incredibly neurotic and overbearing girlfriend to Jeremy. She's always freaking him out with her emotional outbursts and various insecurities and paying very little attention to him due to her fixation on her brothers. Jeremy deserves a girl who's more chill and level-headed like Vanessa, who just might blend with him better if only they could accept each others' cultures better. The fact that they both like jamming out on the guitar could actually lead to them making beautiful music together. With Vanessa being about darkness and goth culture and Jeremy being all about sunshine and bubblegum, they could either have one of them convince the other to be more like them or they could create some very uniquely juxtaposed music together that would sound very interesting.
