Jhan is the het ship between Serial Designation J and Khan Doorman from the Murder Drones fandom.
Canon[]
Pilot[]
J and Khan Doorman have been sworn enemies since J's arrival with her squad to Copper 9. Though it is unclear who specifically killed his fiance, Nori Doorman, he retains an immense fear towards Murder Drones and built doors to keep them outside of the Worker Drone colony. With the help of Serial Designation N, Serial Designation V and J break inside to pursue their prey. Khan and many others cower in a room in hopes of hiding. Unfortunately, V and J locate them almost immediately.
J approaches the group of Workers with sadistic intent as Khan stares in horror. He attempts to come up with a solution, which is "building a quick door". But even when Thad steps up and proposes the Workers group up and fight back, Khan doesn't oblige. He watches as his daughter, Uzi Doorman, puts an end to J's life before the Disassembly Drone could lay a finger on Khan's. The two don't encounter again until further episodes.
Mass Destruction[]
Khan grows a spine and decides to participate in the rebellion against the Absolute Solver underneath the identity of Cyn. He grabs Uzi's railgun and arrives on the hazardous scene caused by J and witnessed by Thad and Lizzy. He grabs the two teenagers and convinces them to come along in the war. The trio travel via school bus and follow J, who had just taken off in her space ship, to the outside of the underground labs. J isn't aware of this until they ram their vehicle straight into her.
Dropping her key to the ship from the impact, she becomes exasperated. She demands her perpetrators to come out and reveal themselves, holding them at missile point. Khan is seen strapped atop of the school bus waving at her.
Absolute End[]
Cutting to the finale, J is infuriated by the sudden shift in Cyn's plans. She's left scowling on a floating island in space with others, including Khan. When she catches sight of Khan and his teen teammates, she tips over and attempts to explode them. V arrives on scene and rescues them before the missile could hit. Khan watches V and J's battle silently until he's suspending into space.
J isn't seen again after the finale battle with V, N, and Uzi. She shuns herself from all living things after being blown into a ditch, supposedly fixing her ship to leave Copper 9.
Fanon[]
Jhan originally began as a crackship but eventually began to grow on fans. The ship is seen as a "I'll do your father" rather than "mother" joke between J and Uzi; examples are Uzi becoming mortified or incredibly furious with her father dating her sworn enemy, much to J's petty amusement. Several fanarts showcase this, complimenting the joke/headcanon. Both Khan and J's workaholic attitudes are a factor in their fanon relationship. Additionally, Khan's somewhat of a "shrinking violet" personality mixed with J's overwhelming confidence makes a cute dynamic for shippers.
The ship is easily surpassed by popular ships such as Khori, OilRose, Enjay, and Juzi. Speaking of Juzi, those who ship both Juzi and Jhan may spark controversy due to Uzi being Khan's daughter. However, this is a case of multishipping.
