JihunJeongyeon is the slash ship between Bae Jihun and Kang Jeongyeon from the Weak Hero fandom.
Canon[]
Jimmy Bae (Bae Jihun in the Korean version) and Jack Kang (Kang Jeongyeon in the Korean version) are students at Yoosun High School and members of the Yeongdeungpo Union. Jimmy Bae is the school head with Jack serving as his loyal second-in-command.
Chapter 5
When Ben Park (Park Humin in the Korean version) and Alex Go (Go Hyeontak in the Korean version) arrive to assist Gray Yeon (Yeon Sieun in the Korean version) and Gerard Jin (Jin Gayool in the Korean version), Jack initially tells Ben that they're only here for him. Ben asks why the hell he should listen to Jimmy's minion and asks why he didn't come here himself. He asks why Jimmy asked Jack to bring him to him and mockingly asks if Jimmy thinks he's Donald Na (Na Baekjin in the Korean version) or if he's just imitating him. Jack immediately snaps and tells him to shut up. He shouts that he doesn't give a shit about what Ben has to say and that he's going to kill him right now.
Chapter 43
Steve approaches Jimmy at the snack bar and says it's a little unfair that after he let Jimmy have the crown, Jimmy got his ass beat by Eunjang. Jack tells Steve to shut up and reminds him that Jimmy won the crown by beating him up. Steve tells Jack to know his place, and tells Jimmy that they'll be settling things soon, but Jack doesn't want to wait and suggests settling things right then and there with Jack being the one to take down Steve this time.
Chapter 127
Jimmy remembers accepting Myles Joo's (Joo Seungjin in the Korean version) offer to betray the Union and join him. He tells Jack that he can stay out of it, but Jack says he’s going with him. Jimmy says he could be fucked if things go wrong, but Jack points out how they’re already screwed. The worst case scenario is that they die.
Chapter 131
Jimmy and Jack are going to meet Myles at Dorim Shopping Complex, but Jack stops Jimmy when he sees two Yeo-Il students entering the building. Jimmy wonders why they’re there and Jack thinks something feels off. Jimmy doesn’t think those two can defeat Myles and the four guys with him. Jack tells Jimmy that if those two guys had seen them, they would have reported them to Donald. Jimmy decides to wait to meet Myles after everything’s been wrapped up. Some time later, Jimmy and Jack think it’s been a while and wonder why it’s so quiet. Jack stops Jimmy from going inside. Jimmy doesn’t believe the two unnamed and unranked guys can defeat Myles and Manwol. Jack informs Jimmy that they’ll have to change the rendezvous point. They both witness Seongmok Do dangling Myles through a broken window with Dongha Baek yelling at him to wake up and face reality, shocking the two.
Chapter 195
Jack knows that Jimmy has been down since his loss in Mapo, so he goes to Ganghak alone. At the Yoosun warehouse, Jimmy notices Jack's absence and is furious to find out he went to Ganghak alone. He leaves to go find Jack.
Chapter 198
A flashback shows that in their first year of middle school, Jack challenged Jimmy to a fight and lost. The next day, Jimmy approaches him and the two begin to hang out together. Jack eventually drifts away from his old friend group to hang out with Jimmy instead.
Chapter 199
After Jimmy, Jack, and Hayden Ma (Ma Seokhee in the Korean version) are defeated by Manwol’s Squad 2, Manwol has been going around beating up anyone from Gilshin Middle School. Jimmy doesn’t care about the other students because they have nothing to do with him, but he tells Jack to not go around alone. At the Union’s kick-off meeting, Jimmy is furious when everyone looks down on him and Jack. As they leave, they also overhear Donald talking down about them. Jack places his hand on Jimmy’s shoulder and calms him down.
Chapter 200
After Jimmy defeats Hayong Jeong in a one-on-one fight, Hayong has Manwol’s Squad 2 kidnap and beat up Jack. Hayong orders Jack to call up Jimmy, referring to Jimmy as his boyfriend. Jack refuses but at the moment, Jimmy calls his phone. Hayong answers it and orders Jimmy to come to the Dorim construction site, referring to Jack as Jimmy’s boyfriend. Jimmy is furious and extremely concerned about Jack’s safety.
Chapter 201
Goseon Pyo stops Jimmy from going directly to the Dorim construction site, reminding him that if he goes alone he’ll be defeated again due to being outnumbered. He tells Jimmy to seek out Donald Na’s (Na Baekjin in the Korean version) help. Jimmy, who has never given up his pride, doesn’t take too long to come to a decision. He remembers Jack’s smiling face when they conquered Gilshin and wants to see that face again. When Jimmy arrives, Hayong asks Jimmy if he seriously came here to save his boyfriend. Hayong tells him he should’ve brought back up, but Jimmy says that he did, revealing that he gave up his pride to save Jack. Jack is in disbelief because Jimmy has never ever given up his pride, but he did so for him. Jimmy, not wanting Jack to feel guilty, reassures him that he’s not being used and that he’s using Donald instead to make some money. The flashback ends and in the present day, Jack still thinks Jimmy will one day rule over Yeongdeungpo.
Chapter 216
When Alex and Rowan bump into Jack, Jack attacks Alex on sight without any provocation. Alex punches him back. Goseon arrives and kicks Rowan, but quickly realizes that Jack has struck first. Goseon manages to calm Jack down by reminding him of Jimmy.
Chapters 240 and 241
When Alex threatens to kill everyone for kidnapping Ben, he tells Jack that's he including Jimmy and mentions that Jack loves to ride Jimmy's dick so hard. Jack lands the first hit in their fight and asks what Alex was saying about killing Jimmy and tells him that if he’s going to talk shit, to at least make it believable.

People ship Jack and Jimmy because of Jack’s undying devotion to Jimmy even in dangerous situations. Jack is also easily provoked whenever someone says something negative about Jimmy. Jack also puts his longstanding rivalry/hatred of Alex aside when Goseon brings up how it’d trouble Jimmy if they fought. Fans also joke about how neither Jack nor Jimmy denied being boyfriends when Hayong called them that.
