Jindrés is the slash ship between Ender and Atombomb from the Enderbomb fandom.

Canon[]

Enderbomb webtoon[]

Ender and Atom are the main and titular characters of Enderbomb, their dynamic being the forefront of the plot. Ender, a villain, and Atombomb, a hero, are trapped by a reluctant truce and work together to solve a world wide missing persons epidemic. As they continue to work together they begin to develop a sense of understanding and fondness for each other. While they do not enjoy each other’s company Ender often asks Atom to buy him food and go to dinner with him, this is purely to mock Atom as Ender believes he has no friends. Ender and Atom are often downright cruel towards each-other with Ender calling Atom ugly and Atom hoping someone hits Ender again after finding him injured. Ender is able to read Atom like a book, like when he called him lonely which resulted in Atom purposefully looking for Ender.

Despite their often violent relationship, Ender and Atom are more comfortable around each other when in each others bodies during the body swap arc. They fall into a much more joke like banter and decide to hear each other out on their powers and backstories.

As civilians Andrés and Jin have a very flirty dynamic as they’re both interested in each other. Andrés provides gifts for Jin’s children and Jin is upfront with his flirting by asking Andrés out on a date. Andrés often pauses when he sees Jin, remarking that Jin is new to his life and that Jin’s name feels familiar to him. Jin also finds Andrés familiar as he watched Andrés’s dad’s TV show.

Their interactions range from flirty to soft to out right fighting and their main appeal is their ever growing fondness of each other as they learn how similar they are.

Fanon[]

Jindrés is the most popular ship of the Enderbomb fandom with most enderbomb fan fiction dedicated to the pairing. The Moon-Jin/Andrés tag on AO3 is also the most commonly used. Fans like to imagine a canon where Ender and Atombomb are dating or situations where the two have to get along.Enderbomb fans enjoy exploring the nuance of the pairs civilian and hero/villain dynamics, pairing them up into different duo combinations such as Jin and Atom or Ender and Andrés.

Similarly fans also enjoy to explore the toxic side of the ship by writing situations where the pair do not have their truce or fight regardless. Fics like Royally monsterous and Fresh Flesh for You by MyFriendsAreFictionalCharacters are popular examples.

A more soft version is AUs where the pair meets at a different time in their lives, such as before Jin was kidnapped or before Andrés’s accident.

As Ender is a parent, Enderbomb fans enjoy exploring scenarios where Atom or Andrés bonds with his children and become a stepdad like figure.

Common tropes for Jindrés shippers is Atom saving Ender from his captor John Doe and Jin and Andrés discovering each other identities.
