JonMina is the het ship between Jonathan Harker and Mina Harker (née Murray) from the Dracula fandom.

Jonathan and Mina already start the book as engaged, with Jonathan leaving Mina for a long business trip to Transylvania to help some gentleman named Count Dracula to move to England. Jonathan finds out that Dracula is a vampire who intends to keep him trapped in his castle for as long as he deems necessary, then throw him to a trio of vampire women to do with him as they please. During the entirety of the trip, Jonathan always has Mina on his mind, frequently telling her how much he loves her through his journal, hoping that at least the journal would make it back home. A crucifix he got from a friendly old woman in Transylvania and the thought of potentially returning home to Mina were his sole comfort during his traumatizing stay at Castle Dracula.
Though Mina is initially oblivious to her fiancée's plight, she quickly catches on that something isn't right.When Jonathan eventually escapes Dracula's cruel thumb while the Count is preparing his journey to England, he settles down in a convent in Budapest, with the nuns sending Mina a letter to pick him up. Mina finds him there and nurses him back to health. Her adressing herself as Mina Harker in a letter to her friend Lucy confirms that Mina decided to marry Jonathan right then and there, with the nuns as witnesses.
They were as happy as they could've been at that moment in time when they return to England, but then they learn that Mina's friend Lucy had died of an unknown illness after being repeatedly attacked by a bat and suffering severe blood loss. Jonathan realizes that the Count had beat them to England, but Mina takes action and finds out as much about the Count as she can by looking through Jonathan's journal and documenting the sightings of the Count that didn't seem important at the time they were made. They then join forces with Lucy's former suitors and the man who tried to treat her illness, Abraham Van Helsing, realizing that they are the only ones who know of the Count's presence in London and the only ones who how to stop him.
However, on their journey to find Dracula, Jonathan is overwhelmed by him and the Count drinks from Mina multiple times, as well as forcing her to drink his blood. Even trying to exorcise her didn't work, if Mina dies, she will be a vampire forever. Distraught over the fate of his wife, Jonathan admits that if Mina becomes a vampire, he couldn't bring himself to kill her. He tells her that should they run out of time, he would give her permission to bite him so they can be together in death.
When the group discovers that Mina has a telepathic connection to Dracula as a result of his attack, they use that against him and have Mina track him down instead. Dracula flees back to his reign of Transylvania, with Mina being separated from Jon under care of Van Helsing, intending to kill the vampire women who tried to feed on Jonathan before. Jonathan meanwhile tries to find a way to way to attack Dracula's ship. Van Helsing notes that Mina is becoming more vampiric every hour, realizing that time is running out. However, when Dracula's minions are transporting his coffin, the four men ambush it, with Jonathan avenging his wife by slashing the Count's throat and another man, Quincey Morris giving his life while putting a stake through Dracula's heart. With Dracula dead for good, the curse he placed on Mina disappeared with him, allowing for Mina to become flesh and blood again.
Seven years later, Jonathan and Mina had a son whom they named Quincey, in honor of the man who gave his life to save them from Dracula. Visiting the now empty Castle Dracula, the family and their friends plan to tell Quincey the whole story when he's old enough.

JonMina made a fascinating journey, as fans of the original book always loved them together, while fans who had only known them from adaptations tended to hate Jonathan and dismiss him. With the release of Dracula Daily, more people were made aware of the adorableness of their relationship that adaptations often skipped. Many note just how refreshing Jonathan's and Mina's relationship is, especially for the time, where most female characters written by men had no agency or chemistry with their male counterparts, Jon and Mina are individuals who genuinely love each other.
Thus, many have admitted to shipping a couple that starts the story engaged, marry halfway through and have a child by the end.
