Juleena is the het ship between Jules and Aleena from the Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic Underground fandoms.
Canon[]
As Aleena has never appeared in the Archie Sonic the Hedgehog comics save a cameo in a flashback of Sonic Super Special issue 10, both have never met. The Sonic Underground television series only focuses on the triplets’ quest to find their mother and fulfill the Oracle of Delphius’ prophecy of the Council of Four. There has been no mention of their father, presumptively the true King of Mobius in their zone. This missing link was never even touched upon by the series’ creators (though it was present in early production documents).
Both are the father and mother of the Sonic in their respective zones. They are concerned for their sons’ well-being. Other than Sonic, both are acquainted with the Knuckles of their own zones. The queen had been in touch with the echindna since the latter’s debut episode. Knuckles was briefly acquainted with Sonic’s robot father in issue #53.
There are unlikely to meet in a future Sonic comic since they were wiped out along with the remnants of their zones in Super Genesis Wave. Moreover, current Sega mandates do not allow the main Sonic characters any biological relatives, with the exception of Vanilla and Cream.

A rare paring in the franchise. Since Jules is already partnered with Bernadette in the main Archie Sonic comics, fans would make up a male hedgehog with a name like Jules in the Sonic Underground Zone. This solves the mystery of the identity of the triplets’ father. Fan-made series reboots such as this one provide one example of this instance. As Aleena is addressed as "Mother" by Sonia, "Ma" by Manic and "Mom" by Sonic, he likewise would be addressed as "Father" by Sonia, "Pa" by Manic and "Dad" by Sonic (usually).
As of June 2021, there are currently seven fan-works for this pair in Archive of Our Own. Some, such as Second Verse by Sanjuno, has Jules die before the triplet siblings were born. Others, like Chaos Born by EruDuma, has his fate sealed similarly during major events such as Robotnik’s invasion of their home. Either scenario could explain his exclusion from the cartoon.
A notable DeviantArtist is SirinaTheHedgehog. She has done at least six drawings featuring the pair since 2019. All of them depict Jules as a normal hedgehog, where in the main comics he remains roboticized. He can be seen with a blue and maroon tuft of hair in addition to Sonic’s signature blue, which can be clear proof of him being father to Sonia and Manic as well. This, along with him wearing a vest like the green hedgehog adds more weight. BlueSpeedsFan92 and LonelyChocolatChip also drew the two together, each with a related Jules redesign like Sirina’s but without Manic’s green.
