JunShinji is the slash ship between Junpei Iori and Shinjiro Aragaki from the Persona fandom.
Canon[]
Junpei and Shinjiro are a year apart. They are also members of SEES. They don’t have much interaction within the main story. Shinjiro calls Junpei by his first name; Junpei mainly refers to his surname instead of his first name. In the original English version, they call each other by their first names.
Junpei met Shinjiro at the hospital on May 1st to visit Akihiko. He was the first to talk to him despite Shinjiro’s intimidating look. He asked Shinjiro if he had seen Akihiko in the hospital room. Junpei met Shinjiro again in June 6th, and he saved him, Yukari, and Makoto/Kotone from a group of thugs.
On the September full moon operation, when Junpei went missing, Shinjiro asked Makoto/Kotone if Junpei said anything about this mission. Regardless of the choices, he expressed relief.
Like everyone else, on October 4th, Junpei was deeply devasted by Shinjiro’s death, even though he rarely hung out with him. A day later, Junpei and Makoto, Yukari, and Aigis attend Shinjiro's funeral. When the two students speak ill about Shinjiro at his funeral, Junpei gets so angry that he gets up from his seat and yells at the guy in front of him to shut up. It shows that even though he barely knows Shinjiro, he still considers him a critical friend and ally.

Female Route[]
Junpei and Shinjiro are both new Social Links for Kotone’s route. Junpei’s Social Link can be completed at any time, but Shinjiro’s has to be completed before October 4th. Junpei can only be friends with Kotone due to his romantic feelings for Chidori. Shinjiro, on the other hand, can be romantic with Kotone only after Shinjiro’s Social Link is maxed.
Junpei is involved in Shinjiro’s Social Link rank 6, where Shinjiro decides to cook everyone a meal with Fuuka’s help. Junpei is eager to eat Shinjiro’s cooking.

Like the film, Junpei’s interaction with Shinjiro isn’t explored much.

In the final scene of Act 5, Junpei and the others briefly reunite with Shinjiro before Junpei and the others (except Akihiko and Ken) leave to find Kotone and Aigis.
