KamiToga is the het ship between Denki Kaminari and Himiko Toga from the My Hero Academia fandom.
Canon[]
Denki and Himiko have not interacted in canon. Denki is a hero student at UA and Himiko is a member of the League of Villains. Himiko, alongside the League of Villains, has attacked Denki's class multiple times and helped kidnap one of Denki's classmates. However, Denki has never been directly present for these attacks. When the League attacked the Summer Training Camp, Denki was with the other students that has failed their final exams. Although they both participated in the Paranormal Liberation War, Himiko was too busy with Twice to engage with Denki.
Denki and Himiko also took the Provisional Hero License Exam at the same time (while Himiko was disguised as Camie Utsushimi). Although they did not interact with one another, Denki does have a conversation about her. He and Minoru are informed by Hanta that Izuku was seen fighting a naked girl. Denki and Minoru both jump at Izuku in a fit of jealousy, complaining that they didn't get to fight any naked girls. Himiko looks over and waves at them, clearly teasing Izuku.
Despite being a hero and a villain respectively, Denki and Himiko do have a number of similarities. They are both generally cheerful characters, and can be seen as comedic-relief. Denki and Himiko both seem to have a fascination with romance. However, it can be argued that Denki's fascination is of a more perverted nature. When it comes to physical appearance, both Denki and Himiko have blonde hair and yellow/gold eyes.

KamiToga is a rare-pair within the My Hero Academia fandom. Fans prefer more popular pairings with Denki and Himiko, such as, Togachako, TogaDeku, ShinKami, and KamiJirou.
There are two main depictions of KamiToga The first is where Denki is secretly evil and he and Toga commit crimes together. The second is where Denki is an idiot and meets Himiko by chance without realizing she's a villain, and Himiko is charmed by his easy-going nature.
Before the UA traitor was revealed, one possible contender was Denki. This would put him in direct contact with Himiko, and as the only two teenagers of a similar age in the League fans imagined how their interactions might go. Once in contact, Denki and Toga could bond over their similarities. Or, they could see each other as potential rivals as the two youngest members, having to compete for any kind of recognition from the other members.
A more humorous take on UA Traitor Denki is where he is unaware that he's the traitor. A common take on this concept is an AU where Denki plays online games and tries to impress the girls he meets in-game by telling them he's a student at UA. Himiko happens to be playing the same game and flirts with Denki anonymously to get information out of him.
Another path is that since Himiko's quirk allows her to disguise herself, she and Denki can meet while they're both "off-duty" without Denki being aware of her identity. This could be purely a coincidence, or it could be that Himiko is looking to attack/murder a UA student. Or she could be doing it for reconnaissance, as seen in the Hero License Exam Arc where she used Camie's form to get closer to Izuku Midoriya. This could again lead to accidental traitor Denki, trying to hit on a pretty girl who turns out to be a villain in disguise.
