KasuMai is the femslash ship between Mai Zenin and Kasumi Miwa from the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom.
Canon[]
Mai and Kasumi are second year students at Kyoto Jujutsu High. They are both average level sorcerers and appear to be be close friends.

Kyoto Goodwill Event Arc[]
Before the Tokyo-Kyoto Exchange Event, Kasumi asks her friend Mai to give her intel on her sister, Maki Zenin. Mai tells Kasumi that she doesn't have to worry about Maki as she's just a weakling who can't even see curses. She goes on to say that her sister is just a normal person who swings around Cursed Tools as she is forever a fourth grade sorcerer. Thanks to Mai's input, Kasumi is relived.
Mai and Kasumi then head to Tokyo with the rest of the students for the Tokyo-Kyoto Exchange Event. Later, when Miwa is fighting against Maki, she curses Mai for lying to her about her sister's strength.
Juju Stroll, Episode 16[]
Miwa and Mai ask Mechamaru to act as a messenger between them, Aoi Todo and Noritoshi Kamo.

Mai steals Kasumi's vegetable stash to eat it in the middle of the night. Kasumi is not happy about it but they still hang out together while she eats cup noodles.

Kasumi and Mai are both present in Shibuya on October 31st, 2018.

Thorny Road to Dawn[]
The events of Thorny Road to Dawn and its fourth chapter, Advancing in the Face of Fear, take place after the first season of the anime or after the Kyoto Goodwill Event Arc. As Mai and Kasumi do get along particularly well, they sometimes go out together. Mai and Kasumi are hanging out in a mall, at a crêperie and talk about how they found their performance in the Exchange Event disappointing.
Later, Mai decides to go on a mission alone but she accompanied by Kasumi and Momo. Kasumi tells her that leaving by herself is not very nice. During the night, Mai is separated from the girls but they later come to her rescue when she is in danger.

KasuMai is a rarepair within the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom. As a femslash ship, KasuMai has 9 works written under its tag on Archive of Our Own and, as a friendship it has 18 works written for it. Fans like the ship because the girls are good friends and, despite Mai's seemingly diffucult personality, get along very well. Kasumi is close to Mai and can understand her issues with her clan and family. They also bond over their lackluster performance in the Tokyo-Kyoto Exchange Event. According to the Fanbook[1][2], they are both popular with guys.
