Kate x Safiyah is the femslash ship between Kate Kane and Safiyah Sohail from the DC Comics fandom.

Kate is recovering when she's visited by Safiyah. Kate assumes that Safiyah is the leader of the island, but Safiyah says that there are no leaders on Coryana. Kate asks what happened to her, and Safiyah says that after she got her head broken on the rocks she had her right hand man repair her. The technique would leave a highlight of the break, which Kate calls dramatic. Safiyah points out that Kate is quite the overdramatic person herself and notes all of her tattoos and appearance. As well as noting that there's been news from the mainland of the Kane Heiress disappearing after her expulsion from West Point for being a lesbian. She says that the way Kate was found it was like she was looking for death, and Kate pulls out a letter. She says it's for her dad, and asks if she's being kept prisoner and Safiyah asks if she wants to be.
Kate never answers, but stays to recover. Safiyah notes how Kate follows her, and asks many people about her. When Kate fully recovers she doesn't make for an escape, and the two begin to spend more time together, as Kate also stops drinking as much. With her also keeping an eye out for the nice things that Kate leaves for her. But knows that she has to keep the outside world away from the island, even knowing that Kate is so high profile she would likely bring it there.
Kate then agrees to go on a mission for Safiyah, only for Safiyah to realize that Tahani will attempt to kill Kate on it. Some of the islanders try to allow it to happen, but Safiyah ignores them and saves Kate. The two then kiss and Safiyah asks Kate to stay on the island with her.
