KawaiiMetalShipping is the het ship between Serena and Jimmy from the Pokémon fandom.

Jimmy is a trainer from the Kalos region, who loves to dress up as a punk and wear a mask and also loves to make so much noise with his electric guitar, implying that he is the fan of rock music. With Spike, who is his Pikachu, he loves to challenge to battle especially those trainers who also have a Pikachu to determine who is the strongest Pikachu in the world. His only appearance is in the episode, "Battling at Full Volume!".
When Serena was taking care of an unconscious Ash in a camping tent due to his fever, she hears some loud noises of an electric guitar. Serena comes out of the tent to see what's going on and realizes it's Jimmy, the rocking trainer from Kalos. To Serena's surprise, Jimmy tells her that he would like to challenge a trainer from Pallet Town to a battle, because he knows that he also has his Pikachu, just like Jimmy's, Spike. Serena tries to get Jimmy to turn down the volume of his electric guitar music, but Jimmy ignores her, saying that making too much noise is his thing.
At Jimmy's request, Serena returns to the tent to see if Ash will wake up soon. However, he sleepily talks about his Greninja fighting another trainer's Pokémon, so this embarrasses Serena and she deduces that Ash would be determined to battle with Jimmy even if he is in no condition to do so due to his fever. Serena then decided to take the Ash's clothes and dress up in them to impersonate Ash. She, of course, also commandeers Ash's Pikachu.
Serena, wearing the Ash's clothes, goes out determined to face Jimmy and Spike in a battle. Jimmy accepts a battle from "Ash" not knowing that it is actually Serena. Each trainer's Pikachu manages to face off evenly against the other. At last, Clemont and Bonnie appear, returning with the medicine they bought for the Ash. Clemont and Bonnie are noticing something suspicious about Serena. Bonnie tries to ask why Serena is dressed in the Ash's clothes, but in mid-question Serena shuts her up with a cry of despair. Serena, sweating with shyness, explains the situation to Clemont and Bonnie, unheard by Jimmy. Clemont and Bonnie head to Ash's tent to give him the medicine.
Continuing the battle, Spike continues battling. Suddenly, Spike used Dig, trying to strike a surprise attack against Pikachu. But he reminds Serena that she is the one who knows his original trainer's battle style best, so she decides to have Pikachu respond with iron tail, causing a tremor that forces Spike out of the ground. But both Pikachus were caught by Team Rocket's net and Jessie and James show up. They reveal Serena's true identity, which makes Jimmy suspicious.
Serena thanks Jimmy for his "strange" compliment about her battle skills.
When it seemed that all was lost and that Jessie and James were going to take the Pikachus far away to Giovanni's place, a Greninja intercepts them with Water Shuriken. Ash's Greninja. Everyone is surprised that he recovered from the fever so quickly. They all fight Team Rocket together, defeating them.

Jimmy starts to get a little upset, saying that he didn't like the way Serena tricked him, but then happily to admits that "She sure can rock," referring to Serena already having the skills to be a Pokémon battle trainer. The real Ash decides to take on Jimmy in a battle, but suddenly he starts to get hungry. Serena and Jimmy start blushing at each other as she says that Jimmy will enjoy the food Clemont prepares. Serena returns the Ash's clothes and puts on her own dress and they all sit down to eat. Although not seen, Serena and her friends say goodbye to Jimmy.

KawaiiMetalShipping is currently one of the rarest ships in the entire Pokémon anime series, because of AmourShipping. Said ship already consolidated its popularity, 2 years before KawaiiMetalShipping debuted on XYZ. There are also other factors that make this ship unpopular: Jimmy is only an occasional character appearing in one episode, he was only able to interact with Serena during the episode in which he appeared, and most importantly, Serena already has a crush on another guy.
Therefore, KawaiiMetalShipping rivals mostly against AmourShipping. Because of this, along with LovelousShipping (Serena x Tierno), XEvolutionShipping (Alain x Serena), RivalcrushShipping (Gary x Serena), KawaiiMetalShipping is one of the ships that is usually preferred by fans who are not satisfied with AmourShipping, and use KawaiiMetalShipping as a NTR to put in some memes that Serena went with Jimmy leaving the boy she loved the most, losing her feelings for him. However, it has no fanfic written anywhere.
