KenJin is the non-binary ship between Kenjaku and Jin Itadori from the Jujutsu Kaisen fandom.
Canon[]
As they've only appeared in three panels in one chapter together, not much is known about the pair. However it is know that they are Yuji Itadori's parents.
Jin was married to Kaori Itadori and really wanted a child with her, however she died. At somepoint, Kenjaku stole Kaori's body and had a child with Jin. Jin's father, Wasuke, was suspicious and tried repeatedly to warn Jin about Kenjaku, saying that he should give up on that woman or that he'll die. Jin did not want to hear his father talk badly of Kenjaku, especially not in front of Yuji. Jin loved the child they had together very much. Jin possibly dies before 2018, when the story begins.
Fearsome Womb Arc[]
During his final hours in the hospital, Wasuke proceeds to attempt to reveal something to Yuji about his parents but Yuji refuses to hear him out.
Itadori Extermination Arc[]
While he is unconscious, Yuji dreams about his parents and learns that Kenjaku was indeed his parent.
Culling Game Arc[]
It is revealed that Kenjaku stole Kaori's body to steal her cursed technique. Even so, it is still not clear why he chose to have a child with Jin. He pressumably wanted to make Yuji a vessel for Sukuna but it is not known if it was his goal from the beginning.
Shinjuku Showdown Arc[]
The reason why Kenjaku had a child with Jin Itadori is finally revealed by Sukuna who says that Kenjaku wouldn't have a child for no reason. Jin Itadori was in fact Sukuna's reincarnated twin brother and, as they were twins, Sukuna points out that their souls are the same. Yuji was both bred to be a player in the Culling Game but also to seal Sukuna's fingers, which was necessary for his survival as a vessel.

KenJin has 50 works written for it on Archive of our Own. It is Jin's most popular pairing, more popular than his pairing with Kaori. It is also Kenjaku's fourth most popular pairing, behind GoJaku or Mommy Kenny.
As fans didn't yet know why Kenjaku chose to enter a relationship with Jin and have a child with him, many of them believed that Kenjaku didn't do it with the intention of making a baby but just that he was feeling bored and wanted to have a little fun which resulted in the birth of Yuji.
Many fans like to joke about the relationship. As Kenjaku and his plans are the main architects behind the story of Jujutsu Kaisen, fans like to joke that "he'll do anything for his plans" and this paring being one of the main drives of the "backshots meme" besides that one Gojo clip and helped full the fires for future JJK memes along with the meme of a canon panels in which appears Kenjaku (in Geto's body) dressed as a nurse (along with ether making his body more feminine or actually turning the body female) in which that resulted a moment in Kenjaku, KenJin, SatoSugu and Suguru Geto fame like fanart, memes, fics and discussion and even tags on AO3 like Nurse Geto Suguru.
Kenjaku main motive throughout the story is to experiment and have fun, it is possible that's the reason behind his relationship with Jin. That being said, some fans wonder if he ever developed genuine feelings for Jin. Likewise, fans wonder if Jin was willing to ignore Kenjaku being in Kaori's body because he really wanted a child or if it was because he really loved Kaori.
