Kevkos is the slash ship between Kevin Kaslana and Kosma from the Honkai fandom.
Canon[]
Kevin Kaslana and Kosma were both Flame Chasers and members of FIRE MOTH, an organization of the Previous Era.
Previous Era[]
In Kosma's Recollections, the two meet after Kosma who attempted to sacrifice himself by jumping into the tornado and destroying the core with a bomb. When the storm reaches him, Kosma leaps in but the eye is empty. The winds nearly crush him before someone suddenly saves him, a white-haired man not much older than himself named Kevin standing fearlessly against the hurricane with a gun.
Kevin orders Kosma to evacuate, explaining that the storm is caused by the 4th Herrscher, a being responsible for repeated catastrophic attacks. Desperate to help, Kosma begs Kevin to let him stay. Kevin softens and stops in his tracks as he sees the readiness to give up life in Kosma's eyes. Before Kevin leaves he makes a promise with Kosma to continue living.
Not long after, Kosma ends up joining MOTHs to follow Kevin and becomes a squad member under Kevin as well as Ato, who he views as his father figure, and Dystopia. During a "Newcomer's Party" that Elysia planned for Kosma and Dystopia, in which she tells embarrassing stories about Kosma and Kevin. Like when he cried four times in a day after Kevin scolded him, and how Kevin was in such distress after. Immediately after, Elysia conspires with Dystopia to use a loudspeaker in order for everyone in the base to know.
During a failed mission, most of the team flees, leaving only Kosma behind with Ato. Ato admits the team was essentially meant to die and argues that sacrifice is part of duty, while Kosma insists survival is still possible and that retreat is not cowardice. Ato warns Kosma that one day he may be forced to fail and tells him to keep this conversation secret from Kevin. Just as Kosma believes the others have chosen duty over fear by returning, it’s revealed over the comms that they only came back because Kevin discovered the 5th Herrscher was killed instantly.
After the death of the 9th Herrscher, Kosma is overwhelmed with sorrow after Ato's death, which he believes was caused by Kevin’s and the MOTHs’ repeated “lesser of two evils” decisions. When Kosma accuses Kevin of causing Ato's death, and the man who once told him to "stay alive" was silent. Kosma's rage ends up activating the "Meta-Morph Overload" and attacking Kevin before running away, leaving his MOTHs badge behind which Kevin keeps.
Kosma is only found by Mobius several months later, who gains Discipline from Aponia to return Kosma his humanity.
When Kosma returns to being a MANTIS, Kevin welcomes him back and returns the same badge, but Kosma doesn't rejoin Kevin's squad. While he doesn't want to go back to Kevin, Kosma still respects him immensely despite their clashing views.
During the fight against the Final Herrscher, Kosma is killed almost immediately. Kevin carries Kosma in order to give him an easier death and leaves him lying against a rock.
As Kevin is about to enter the pod to sleep, he reminisces his birthday. During which Kosma plays the harmonica for him .
Elysian Realm[]
Raiden Mei often inquires with Kosma about the nature of his and Kevin's relationship, which they both reply differently. Kosma respects and admires Kevin but believes that they cannot go back to being partners and Kevin thinks of Kosma fondly, praising him for being steadfast. Mei comments that they act similarly which Kevin doesn't reply to.
Griseo mentions that Kosma used to talk about Kevin all day, to the point that Dystopia grew tired of it.
To The Flawless[]
Upon hearing of SIM Kevin's death, Kosma becomes agitated and restless. Eden explains that the group already knew about the incident and urges everyone to stay calm and pragmatic despite the uncertainty. Kosma angrily rejects Eden’s softened explanation, while Eden acknowledges the others’ fear and rage but warns against reckless accusations, suggesting that any traitor would not act so openly.
When Kosma grows suspicious when he learns that Aponia has sent something to Griseo through Mei and confronts Mei and Kevin about it. Kevin calms down Kosma, insisting she only gently touched Griseo before and has never harmed her, but Kosma remains distrustful.
When discussing with Vill-V of their plan to partition his mind, Kosma changes his mind and says that he doesn't want to become a hero like Kevin and wants to "achieve the best of both worlds" instead of carrying everything important with himself.
During Kosma's fight with the Herrscher of Corruption, she tempts him with the idea of escaping the realm to see the outside world, claiming that the real Kevin and Griseo are waiting for him beyond it.
Finality Arc[]
Kevin mentions and reminisces about Kosma during his fight and conversation with Hua, commenting that he has seen Hua's verve in Kosma before.
Golden Courtyard[]
Kevin and Kosma live together with the others in "Golden Courtyard". Kosma has graduated High School and is trying to get into his dream university, and Kevin is an experienced programmer.
In the opening song, Kosma is seen posing with the Judgement of Shamash, Kevin's canon weapon, before blushing in embarrassment. In the same opening, Kevin and Kosma are shown sitting down together looking depressed.
In Episode 1, Kevin opens the door when he gets home only to be greeted by Kosma and Griseo leaving to light sparklers. Griseo asks for Kevin to join them and Kosma gets embarrassed when Kevin declines.
Later on, Kevin, Kosma, and Griseo are marking dumplings together in the kitchen. Kosma teaches Griseo how to properly do them, while Kevin fails at it.
When the power goes out in their house, Kosma and Kevin stick close together. Things drop from the chimney which Kevin rummages through, when Pardofelis tries to stop him, Kevin asks Kosma to hold onto her for him. When everyone falls asleep after eating Kevin's instant noodles, Kevin covers Kosma in his blanket to keep him warm.
During the sunrise of the next day, everyone recites their wishing for the coming New Year. Kosma tells Kevin about his wishes to get into his dream university, to get luckier in gacha games, and to buy his favorite figures.
