KhanDoor is the cargo ship between Khan Doorman and doors from the Murder Drones fandom.
Canon[]
Khan Doorman has had an unnatural obsession with doors since before the history of the pilot. The word “door” even resides in his surname and eventually passed down to his daughter. His unhealthy attachment to doors has been interfering with his relationship with his daughter as well, as seen in the Pilot when only Uzi lies about that she wishes to observe the entrance door for a school project, he immediately gives away his suspicion and sends her off to continue with her true task obliviously. This shows that he does not take a second thought in his worries about a father as long as doors are involved to immediately persuade him.
When him and a herd of cowering workers were in hiding in the Pilot, he suggests that everyone could build a quick door in order to protect them. It is confirmed later on that Nori, his fiancé, is the perpetrator for causing him to become immensely attached to doors; this is due to Nori’s visions of the arrival of the Disassembly Drones, thus she convinced Khan to build doors to keep them out. This lead to his fame among the colony and the reasons for why he believes doors can solve many problems. This unnatural obsession with doors influences him to speak to them as if they were existing persons. Despite this unhealthy relationship with doors, the workers are extremely thankful to him for building them.
Sometimes, even when in unrelated situations, he brings up the topic of doors. During “Heartbeat”, he is seen at a parent teacher conference. Uzi’s teacher claims many things problematic about her behaviors during classes. He suggests that there is something wrong with her coding, and upon hearing this, Khan grows antagonistic quickly and threatens to build a door on the latter’s face. But, when it is needed, Khan puts his family before doors and in “Mass Destruction” he decides to assist his fiancé and daughter with the AbsoluteSolver crisis instead of cowering behind doors and his own beliefs.
Behind the Scenes[]
In concept art of Khan, it mentions how he left his daughter for dead whereas he appears nonchalant about this as he showcases his doors as a promotional ad.
