Kingdom Battle Heroes is the friend ship between Mario, Rabbid Mario, Luigi, Rabbid Luigi, Princess Peach, Rabbid Peach, Yoshi, Rabbid Yoshi and Beep-0 from the Super Mario and the Raving Rabbids fandoms.

Canon

After the incident in the young inventor's basement with Spawny's antics sending the Rabbids into the Mushroom World and causing havoc there causing everyone to be separated from each other, Mario managed to save Beep-0 from being crushed by the Time Washing Machine, and he then meets with Rabbid Peach and soon after Rabbid Luigi, who both managed to keep their free wills while the rest of the Rabbids were corrupted by the SupaMerge. Beep-0 tells Mario about the Rabbids, excluding Rabbid Luigi and Rabbid Peach, have been chaotic and recently been corrupted on their way to his world by the energy from the SupaMerge used by Spawny, who was merged with the device himself and makes it their mission to save Spawny. They return to the castle where they meet with Princess Peach, who turned out to be just fine despite being swept up by the vortex earlier and she meets with Mario's new Rabbid friends, though Rabbid Peach isn't overly fond of her.

During their travel through the Ancient Garden, they find Luigi fending for himself against the Pirabbid Plant before Rabbid Peach is swept up by the monster and they get into a battle with it after she is freed. Luigi will become a permanent ally as they journey up the block tower where they find Bowser Jr. calling upon Rabbid Kong to deal with them while taking Spawny with him. After Rabbid Kong climbs to the top, Rabbid Peach was about to touch a small block and despite Mario's objections not to do it, she pushes it down which causes Rabbid Kong to fall as she takes selfies of her as it is happening, and Mario gives a disapproving look to Rabbid Luigi when he laughs to make him stop.

During a brief visit to Peach's Castle, Princess Peach foreshadows her role as she tells them that she wants to contribute instead of sitting around not doing anything to help her kingdom at stake. During their travel through the Sherbet Desert, Mario, Rabbid Luigi, Rabbid Peach, and Luigi find a frozen Rabbid Mario trapped in ice and a creature named Blizzey managed to encase them all in ice blocks, but fortunately for them, Peach came to the rescue and freed most of her allies while one of them is tossed into the refrigerator before they fight Blizzey and Sandy, though Rabbid Peach shows her jealousy to Peach as she was thanking Mario. After their defeat, Peach remains with the team from that point forward and Rabbid Mario is also free from the ice and befriends Mario as well as shown when he plays the famous Super Mario Bros them for him.

As they travel through the Spooky Trails and solving various puzzles and riddles, Mario finds Rabbid Yoshi from the well before it was revealed that he was held hostage by Calavera and they must defeat the creature in order to free Rabbid Yoshi from its grip. Once released, Rabbid Yoshi gets his revenge after Calavera falls into the well and maniacally uses his weapon to ensure it is truly defeated for good and joins the team. They find Bowser Jr. again and Spawny ends up creating Tom Phan by merging a Rabbid with a phonograph and a Boo balloon who then sings insulting lyrics to Mario, which results in the Rabbids poking fun at him before they fight alongside him to defeat the Phantom.

Going through the Lava Pit, the pair managed to break through the forces and solve more puzzles before they have a confrontation with Bowser Jr. one last time and as he is defeated, Spawny falls off seemingly to his doom, to Jr.'s horror as he leaves, but fortunately Spawny is rescued by Yoshi, who happens to be nearby, and he also joins the team. As they traverse through the areas, Spawny is hypnotized and captured by the MegaBug as they are obstructed by Bwario and Bwaluigi alongside the Lava Queen. After their defeat, they continue ahead where they reach Bowser, who recently returned from his vacation early and is quickly possessed by the MegaBug which the heroes took action to free Bowser and Spawny and combine their weapons to destroy it once and for all. Bowser Jr. is apologitic for the events and everyone returns to the Mushroom Kingdom where a statue of Rabbid Peach was completed. Rabbid Peach takes a group selfie with all of her friends.

After the events, the Heroes would later disband with Yoshi and Rabbid Yoshi going on vacation to relax from their adventures.

Fanon

Like the Sparks of Hope Heroes ship, Kingdom Battle Heroes has a handful of non-ship fanfic stories that feature the group within these stories, but it has plenty of fan art across various art websites. Fans have been uneasy about the Marioverse converging with the Rabbidverse up until it was revealed, and they would become enthusiastic about the game. These fans have throughly enjoyed the goofy and serious interactions between the characters and how they managed to work together to save the world from the MegaBug's threat to destroy it, and how tolerable the Rabbids have become in the crossover series.
