KokoEi is the femslash ship between Kokomi and Raiden Ei from the Genshin Impact fandom.
Canon[]
As of now, Kokomi and Ei have no interactions, however, they know each other. Along with that, both of them have one voice line about each other. In terms of personality, Kokomi and Ei are very different: Kokomi is very kind, and works a lot. Meanwhile, Ei is a shut-in and isn't very kind.
While they're very different, their color schemes match in a way. Even though they also have no interactions, the two are featured in a lot of official art together. Along with that, the two dislike each other due to the Vision Hunt Decree. While they dislike each other, after the Vision Hunt Decree ended, they don't dislike each other as much as before anymore.
In one of the official arts with them together, it shows Kokomi running and waving to Ei as she sees her reading a book. In another one of the official arts with them together, it shows Ei slashing the ocean as Kokomi protects it. There is also another official art they're both featured in, however, the two aren't close to each other in it.
As mentioned, Kokomi and Ei both have a voiceline about each other. In Kokomi's voiceline about Ei, she seems to be happy at Watatsumi Island being returned to it's normal life. Kokomi says it was never her intent to scrutinize the rights or wrongs of Ei's actions. Kokomi's hope is that Ei will fulfill her promise and that everyone will be able to live with Ei and her army in peace. Despite this, Kokomi says that if there is any day where Ei casts aside the aspirations of her people, Kokomi confirms that she won't sit by and watch her.
In Ei's voiceline about Kokomi, she confirms it was her who slew Orobaxi. Despite that, she also allowed the Sangonomiya folks to continue worshipping Orobaxi. When the Sangonomiya folks destroyed the local Narukami Shrine, they rebelled against the Shogun's Army. Ei believes as Kokomi was representing the Watatsumi Omikami, she must be held accountable. While Raiden Shogun has a voice line about Kokomi, Ei doesn't as of now.
In Enchanted Tales of the Mikawa Festival, Kokomi acknowledged Ei as Yae Miko announced that the archon would be a guest at the festival.
Quotes[]
- “Now that the Vision Hunt Decree is over, Watatsumi Island has once again returned to normal life. It has never been my intent to scrutinize the rights and wrongs of the Shogun's actions, even to this day. What I do care about is the future of our island. It is my hope that the Shogun will fulfill her promise and that we can live with the Shogunate in peace. However, if there comes a day when she once again casts aside the aspirations of the people, I can assure you that we won't sit by and watch.”
- — Kokomi's Voiceline about Raiden Shogun
- “Indeed. It was I who slew Orobaxi. But I also allowed the people of Sangonomiya to continue worshiping it as the Watatsumi Omikami, so that it might enjoy their offerings. Now, Sangonomiya has destroyed the local Narukami Shrine and rebels against the Shogunate. As the Divine Priestess representing the Watatsumi Omikami, she must be held accountable.”
