Kouena is the het ship between Enadori and Kouhai from the Fun Salmon Run fandom.

Enadori and Kouhai are both apart of the main cast of characters that appear in the doujin, however Ena is more relevant than Kou. Kou is apart of Ena’s crew for Grizzco, the main crew.
Before Ena’s ex-coworkers quit and Ena was still decent, the ex-coworkers (and Yani) invited Ena to play ranked with them the next day. Ena declined the invite and told them that he was going to stay and work at Grizzco, saying that work was more fun than the battle modes. The next day, there was no one that was Ena’s rank at work so he was put in a group of apprentices (one of the apprentices being Kou) and Ena complained about being in the “little kids group”.
Kou shyly approaches Ena telling him that she is very clumsy and messes up alot, but that she is trying her hardest. She calls Ena “sir” and Ena is intrigued by this, thinking about how she calls him Sir. During the shift, Kou dies multiple times and relies on Ena to revive her. She apologizes to Ena about how she is just a burden, but Ena reassures Kou that when she reaches Profresh rank she will gain a understanding of the job and she just needs to learn from her mistakes. Kou started to look up to Ena because of that reassurance and thanks Ena for his kindness, telling him that she will work hard to reach Profresh which Ena wishes her good luck and thinks to himself “God knows she’ll need it”
After that, Kou worked hard for months to reach Profresh, just so she could work with Ena. In the end, she succeeded and reached Profresh, happy to work with him and wanting to thank him. She had heard rumors of Ena but she brushed it off thinking it was a misunderstanding due to her last interaction with him. Kou thought that Ena would compliment her, but when she meets Ena again Ena doesn’t seem to care about her reaching Profresh and tells her to not trip him up today.
On the day of the stringer incident, Kou alongside Mob were pulled to work with Ena and Yani. Kou thanks Ena for helping her on the day she had worked with him when she was a apprentice, but Ena was only really concerned about why there was a Profresh rank working with him, a EVP rank. Later Kou and Mob were pulled to work as Ena’s crewmates.
Kouhai still acts kindly to Ena, which treats her horribly. When Kou makes a mistake, Ena often yells at her which at first made Kou upset but she later mostly gets used to it. Even though Kou mostly sees Ena as scary, she also sees kindness from him due to her past encounter with him. Ena mostly sees Kou as useless.

Though Fun Salmon Run barely has a English fanbase, it has a prominent Chinese/Japanese fanbase. It is a well known ship, however some if not most people dislike it due to how Ena treats Kou, and due to some people in the English fandom seeing them/headcanoning them as siblings.
