Kuzuhinasouda is the poly ship between Hajime Hinata, Kazuichi Soda, and Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu from the Danganronpa fandom.
Canon[]
Kazuichi and Fuyuhiko are both students at Hope's Peak Academy, in Class 77-B. Hajime is a student in the Hope's Peak Reserve Course. As such, he does not spend time with the other two boys. Hajime undergoes an experimental surgery to become Izuru Kamukura, and joins Junko Enoshima's ranks as an Ultimate Despair. Soon the members of Class 77-B are brainwashed into becoming Despairs as well, and they all set out to help Junko end the world. At some point they are captured by the Future Foundation, and put into the Neo-World Program for rehabilitation.
In the Neo-World Program, all of the memories of their school days have been taken away. As such, Fuyuhiko is cold and distant towards the people who were once his classmates. Hajime seems willing to help Fuyuhiko open up, but Kazuichi doesn't care for him at all. In Chapter 2 when Hajime and Kazuichi visit the diner to scope out the girl's beach trip, they run into Fuyuhiko. Kazuichi accuses Fuyuhiko of over hearing their plans and trying to join in with them. Fuyuhiko brushes that off and instead storms away before Kazuichi and Hajime can question him any further.
At the end of the Killing School Trip, Fuyuhiko, Kazuichi, and Hajime are the only boys left, alongside Akane Owari and Sonia Nevermind. They exit the Neo-World Program together, and decide to stay on Jabberwork Island to help awaken their friends.
In the non-canonical Ultimate Talent Development Plan, the three share a brief interaction. Hajime heads to the dining hall prior to a class Christmas party, to find that Fuyuhiko and Kazuichi are there helping the girls set up. Kazuichi suggests that since Hajime's birthday is coming up on New Year's Day, he should plan a party and invite Sonia. Fuyuhiko point out that it's harsh to have the birthday boy plan his own party. Hajime agrees that it sounds like a terrible idea, but then Fuyuhiko suggests they invite Chiaki as well. He explains that Chiaki always plans all their class parties, so they should do something for her for once. Hajime agrees, and is touched by Fuyuhiko's idea. He tries to back pedal and explain that it was the idea of their other classmates. Kazuichi ignores them, as he is just excited to attend a party with Sonia.
Fanon[]
This ship likely sailed as a result of the members being three of the Killing School Trip survivors. It helps that Kuzusouda, Kuzuhina, and Soul Friends are decently popular ships on their own merit. Kuzuhinasouda is the perfect combination for fans of the other three. It is sometimes shipped in conjunction with Soniakane, a ship for the remaining two survivors. Works for this trio often revolves around their time outside the Neo World Program, either trying to find a way to awaken their classmates or grappling with the fact that all of their classmates are now dead.
