LO is the slash ship between L and O from the Alphabet Lore fandom.

L and O are part of a team of superpowered letters who assemble one-by-one to stop F from putting his plan of kidnapping seemingly random letters into action.
O: L had already done his part in stopping F when O arrives. He witnesses O transforming and lightly slapping F. P: By the time P arrives on the scene and transforms, F had already gotten fed up with them and left.
Q: The team notices that N had lost his gem because F stole it, looking at him with disappointment.
R: L and O immediately toss N to the floor as punishment. Exchanging a look, they both agree to leave N in the dust.
S: The two of them track F down independently from the others, using L’s gem to freeze time around F right after he had absorbed S. However, using N’s gem, F causes them to be glued towards one another. Thus having them easily trapped, F also steals their gems to add to his collection.
Y: L and O are mere bystanders only seeing the blast N had created by combining all of their gems above them from a distance.
n: N using the question mark gem Q gave him reveals that L and O were his childhood bullies back when all the letters were lowercase. But when f pranks l as revenge, causing the entire alphabet to laugh at l, l and o ganged up on f in retaliation. When they got him, they beat him up so bad that f started crying punctuation gems. l then pushed f towards a group of letters, making it look like f had intentionally spelled a cussword, with o going further by making enough noise to draw everyone’s attention at f. When the other letters then gang up on f in turn, he starts crying, with his tears turning into punctuation gems. Falling onto the floor after the beating, f expects n to stand up for him as well, but pressure from l, m and o caused n to chicken out, thus cementing f becoming cynical and vengeful towards the rest.
Now I Know My ABCs: L and O bear witness to Z using his ellipsis gems to undo the story’s ending. N manages to retain his memories thanks to Q shoving the question mark gem into his mouth at the last second, thus n remembers that l and o are not his friends and the only thing standing between f and a happy ending is his own cowardice. So n actually stands up for f against the bullies in the new timeline. Not impressed, l and o only take that as their cue to beat up both of them, but f and n don’t care as they have each other. With both f and n crying the remaining punctuation gems, l and o get to keep their powers in this timeline.

LO had already been a popular ship for both characters during the release of the original series. By the time Number Lore released, it became pretty evident that Mike Salcedo himself either ships them or enjoys teasing those who do.
