Larsadie is the het ship between Lars Barriga and Sadie Miller from the Steven Universe fandom.

Canon

In the intro, Lars and Sadie are seen next to each other.

In "Gem Glow", Lars and Sadie are seen working at the Big Donut, Lars is seen being rude to Steven, however, Sadie tries to make him feel better. Sadie asks Steven wants the freezer; Lars and Sadie give it to him.

In "Cat Fingers", Lars and Sadie are seen working at the Big Donut, they are both shocked to see Steven's cat finger. Sadie pets the cat finger and Lars get bitten by it. Sadie tells them that she is sure it just wants to play.

In "Bubble Buddies", Steven goes to the big donut; Sadie tries to help, Lars mocks him. Sadie tells him to stop and help Steven, Lars tells her he is helping Steven on his date. Sadie gets mad and walks up to him, she tells him that he is embarrassing Steven and they get into an argument. Steven tells Connie that they both run the big donut, when Connie asks if they get along, Steven tells her that they are crazy about each other.

In "Tiger Millionaire", Lars and Sadie are seen watching the wrestling match, he tells Sadie that Tiger Millionaire (Steven) is going to get creamed, Sadie responds by saying he looks like Steven; Lars doesn't believe her. Lars is shocked to see Tiger Millionaire smack Chunk Trunk with his briefcase, Lars jumps out of his chair and knocks Sadie's popcorn accidentally; he asks her if she saw that. Lars is excited when he catches Tiger Millionaire's tie, Sadie looks mildly annoyed but she is still watching with him and looks happy when she sees Lars get so excited. Sadie is shocked to see people hating on Tiger Millionaire, Lars is booing him because he hurt him. When Sadie comments that he sounds like Steven, Lars hits and shushes her. When Lars is cheering for Tiger and Puma, Sadie pretends to smile and then frowns when Lars isn't noticing. Sadie tells Lars that she really confused, he just responds with "I love you, Tiger Millionaire".

In "So Many Birthdays", grown up Steven goes to the Big Donut, Lars and Sadie are working there as usual, the two are confused by him.

In "Coach Steven", Lars is seen eating and Sadie is seen working. Sadie is concerned about Steven's bandages, they both laugh when Steven shows his small scratch. Lars doesn't know how to open the can and lets Sadie do it, she successfully does it and he says "I'm not gonna say thanks." she hits him and Lars laughs. Steven suggests the idea of working out together, he says Sadie could beat Lars and Lars does not have to starve to death if Sadie divorces him, Lars tells Steven that they are not married. The two, and Greg, work out together. Lars and Sadie tell him that he hasn't been working out and he has just been singing. In "Joking Victim", Lars tells Sadie to clean up Sadie's mess, she tells him that its his turn. Lars pretends the fall injured his back, Sadie decides to take care of it. Lars tells her that it hurts so much, she suggests for him to take the day off, Lars asks if she'll be alright on her own. He tells her "You're the best, player 2!", she finds it cute and realizes she cannot run the place on her own. She tells Steven that sometimes Lars covers for her so that she can watch canine court. Later, she tells him jokingly that she should phone up Lars to tell him she found his replacement. When Steven tells her that he knows they both love Lars, Sadie looks shocke by his words and when Steven suggests that they should fire Lars, Sadie tells him that they cannot because she likes Lars and he is a nice guy once you get to know him, even though he leaves all the hard work for her and comes late. Sadie tells Steven the story of how he begged Sadie to stand in a line for seven hours to get the new army of war game, when she got to his house, she saw that he cleaned his room a little. He had a big box of oyster crackers, and they are her favorite and he let her be his "player two"; they spent the whole night together. Steven suggests that they do something nice for Lars, she gets him a box of donuts, Steven and Sadie notice that he already got pizza. Sadie notices Lars having fun; he is jumping on the trampoline and his back appears to be fine. Sadie gets upset when Lars blushes at Jenny, she realizes that Lars faked his back injury. Sadie cries and drops the donuts, she says that Lars made a fool out of her and that Lars had burned her before. Sadie wants revenge and Steven knows how to burn him back, he gets the fire salt to prank Lars, at first Sadie refuses but then she remembers how he hurt her feelings. Lars come to the Big Donut and pretends his back is still hurting, this angers Sadie and she puts a lot of fire salt on the donut. He gets mad at Sadie for not showing up, Sadie asks how is back is, he tells her that it sill hurts and he calls her P2. Sadie doesn't believe him and gives him the donut and Lars breathes fire. Steven and Sadie try to help Lars, she tries to get Lars to come back when he runs away and she says she didn't want this. The two try to find Lars, and Sadie tells Lars it wasn't Steven who put the fire salt, it was her. She confronts Lars about his fake injury, she tells him after the night they played video games she couldn't the thought out of her head that he was a good person and didn't know what it meant to him. She holds his hand and asks him if player 2 is his way of saying she could've been anyone. Lars goes up to Sadie after getting saved by Steven, Sadie tells Lars that she isn't apologizing, but, Lars wants to help and helps him get out of his burnt clothing and drink some water.

In "Mirror Gem", Steven trips Lars and Lars tells him to watch where hes going and is about to say a curse word before looking at Sadie. Sadie says that Lars has big plans, when Lars talks about meeting "beach babes", Sadie responds with saying maybe she'll meet a new friend. When Lars says "Next time you see me, I'll be in the arms of a hot woman's", Sadie tells Lars that he can stop talking about that now. In "Ocean Gem", when Lars brings up "beach babes", Sadie looks annoyed.

In "Island Adventure", Steven tells Lars and Sadie that he is the warp master, Sadie tries to get Steven a donut and then falls on Lars, they then start to argue. Steven suggests the idea of a vacation, Sadie decides to give it a try. They warp to an island, Sadie convinces Lars to give the place a chance, Lars reluctantly agrees; Sadie looks upset. Sadie tells Steven that the place is beautiful and Lars is angry and tells him that they already live on a beach. When Lars tries to leave, Sadie tries to convince him to stay; however, the warp pad was gone.

Lars realizes they're trapped, Sadie tries to lighten the mood. Lars sleeps far away from Sadie and Steven. Lars is staring at Sadie and Steven trying to fish, he stops when they lookback at him, Sadie tries to convince him hunt with them, he covers his ears, angering Sadie. Sadie tells him that she'll catch and he'll cook when she shows him the fish they caught. Lars gives Sadie the cooked fish and thanks him, she looks sad when he doesn't look happy about staying on the island. She compliments his cooking skills and he makes a joke about fire, Sadie laughs at it and then they laugh together. Steven sings about the beautiful moment and Sadie looks at Lars. In the time skip, Sadie is seen smiling at Lars; then it cuts to Lars cooking, he blushes. Then, he looks at Sadie and Steven in the tent and blushes, he decides join them, Steven gives him a necklace and Sadie laughs at him. While Steven is running, Lars and Sadie are seen chatting and he (and Steven) save her from a big fish. Lars wraps her hand with bandages, they make eye contact and Lars looks away and then they fist bump. When they are sleeping, Lars hugs Sadie and Sadie realizes and becomes happy. Sadie tries to look for Lars and finds that he is still trying to get signal, he throws his phone and she asks if that helped, he tells her no and cries, Sadie tells him that he is really homesick. Sadie tries to make him feel better and hugs him, and tells him shes got his back, he touches her hand and asks her if she gets lonely even when she is around people. She nods; then, Lars kisses her and she kisses him back. The two get embarrassed and shout at Steven, when Steven spies on them, Lars goes to start the fire and Sadie chases after him.

A gem monster appears, Lars gets scared and hugs Sadie. The three try to run away, Lars cries and Sadie looks ashamed; she takes the two to the hidden warp pad. When Lars realizes she trapped them there, he is reluctant to go back and he is angry at Sadie for trapped them there and Sadie confesses what she did and claims she did it to help him. Lars tells Sadie that the true reason she trapped him is so she could come onto him, Sadie claims he is the one who kissed her and Sadie slaps him and argues. Sadie accidentally pushes Lars and she feels bad, she runs to save him. Lars tries to congratulate her but she avoids him.

Fanon

Larsadie is one of the popular ships in the fandom. However, fans usually call this ship toxic because of how Lars treated Sadie and how Sadie trapped Lars on an island. Many Larsadie shippers were disappointed when Shep was introduced and thought Lars and Sadie should've became canon due to all their development, and they were upset that Lars and Sadie didn't even seem like friends. On another hand, people were glad they did not end up together and stayed friends due to their toxic past, even though Lars had changed and became a better person.

Some fans prefer Sadie and Shep due to their relationship being more healthy. Despite Shadie being canon, this doesn't stop the shippers from shipping Larsadie and they make alternate universe and fanarts about them.
