Lattespresso is the het ship between Latte Cookie and Espresso Cookie from the Cookie Run fandom.
Canon[]
Espresso Cookie and Latte Cookie formerly worked alongside together as research partners. She proclaims him as an old friend, and her Skill is also visibly similar to Espresso Cookie's Skill. Latte's quote "I knew a Cookie who counted every second. What a Cookie!" and the "rather eccentric aficionado of coffee" mentioned in her description are both likely references to Espresso Cookie.
Other than that, Latte Cookie and Espresso Cookie don't have many interactions together in the game. Although, in game, both are Epic Cookies. Both of them also are from Magic class and deal area damage, with a 15 second skill cooldown at base level. Both of their positions are middle too.
Latte Cookie and Espresso Cookie do have some differences. Latte is seen as more laid-back and genuine, making her many people's favorite professor. Most would think a professor would be more punctual but Latte Cookie's more invested in savoring a warm latte before class. On the other hand, Espresso Cookie "can't afford to waste a precious second on meaningless explanations." as said in his game description. Espresso Cookie is a perfectionist and also a workaholic. He's highly meticulous and observant, refusing to allow any margin of error. According to Latte Cookie, he hates co-research projects.
Espresso Cookie still noticeably despises the combination of milk and coffee. He is only seen drinking a latte in Chapter 2 of Cookie Odyssey when there is no other option for coffee available. Espresso Cookie's words to Gingerbrave when he was given no choice but to drink the latte were, "But... whatever happens, please keep this a secret from Latte Cookie."

Fanon[]
Lattespresso isn't a very popular ship within the Cookie Run fandom. While nothing in canon has suggested this, many people headcanon them as siblings or cousins (and sometimes that they were both raised by Affogato Cookie) because both are coffee based, as most cookies in both Ovenbreak and Kingdom ended up being related. Espresso/Latte is more notably unpopular than Espresso & Latte, because of the sibling/cousin headcanon. This headcanon is so popular and accepted in the fandom that there are more platonic fanfictions of this ship. Some people also dislike it for Espresso canonically disliking milk, and Latte is a mixture of milk and coffee. Though, a majority of Espresseleine shippers seem to accept this. They currently have over 95 gen works and over 10 romantic works on AO3.
Espresseleine and Almondlatte are the main rivaling ships.

- Espresso and Latte Cookie both appeared together twice on 2 Cookie Alliance seasons, which is Season 1 and 7. They appeared on respectively Wave 23 and Wave 41.
- On Season 2, they got replaced by Ginkgoblins and Cutpurses, and on Season 8, they got replaced by a Nightmare-ridden Librarian.
- When you place them on a chair decor in your kingdom, they both do a cross leg sitting position.
